I just wanted to drop a quick note about the great service I received this week on my Ford Explorer. The vehicle had a very complicated diagnostic process for determining my flashing check engine light issue, and I was able to easily work through the steps my local mechanic had already tried. I know trusting someone else’s efforts isn’t the easiest thing in the world, but your service advisor and technician were extremely helpful and though it took a few days to figure it all out, I am more than happy with the outcome. And then to top it all off, you guys delivered the vehicle to my house eliminating the hassle of having to go pick it up. Top notch! Thanks again so much for going above and beyond. You’ve impressed me!

My car was making noises so I brought it to where I bought it. They had me drop it off at 8:45 a.m. and got me a free Lyft home. Then when I went back, they were just bringing my car in at 2 pm! That was the only time I could get a ride there. I said what's the sense of having an appt if 6 hours later is when you are checking it out! She apologized. I said that should be explained in the beginning of the conversation esp if I've never been there for service before. She agreed. I rescheduled the car to be fixed. I explained I wouldn't have a ride back and she said she would deliver my vehicle to me! Now that's excellent customer service!!

Had my car serviced at Ira Ford today! It was a very pleasant experience. Zach was very personable and made me feel comfortable while I waited. Very reasonable prices too! Thanks, Zach!

Ira Ford Service can't be beat!! Every person I have dealt with has been amazing. From Kyle to Ryan to Zach and Tanya, I am always very well taken care of and it's not just me 🙂 it's everyone that walks through the door!!

I would like to start by saying the only reason I would consider buying a ford again is because of the reason I was treated here..I bought a Shelby lemon from greiko ford and it has been a nightmare from the beginning. I paid 70 thousand dollars for a car from them that and it died completely on me with no resolution in sight until I brought it to prime..Kyle and Zach and the tech went above and beyond to take care of me and made me feel like I mattered the whole time which is rare from a dealership! These guys are good and don’t just tell you what you want to hear. I had full trust and them the whole time and they took excellent care of me and my wife. They fought day in and day out with the warranty company and have my car running better than it ever has. You can trust them and I promise they will take good care of you

I brought my 2017 F250 in for a 50K inspection. I got the answers I expected, my truck needed repairs. It took quite a while to get the repairs done but with the economy we have today that is to be expected. Thanks to Zack and the technicians who worked on my truck going over and above what they had to do. I received my truck in time to go on vacation. I will take my truck back to Ira Ford whenever it needs service.

Today they did me oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection, air pressure check and put a new air filter.

I had a recall on my ford explorer, they suggested other repairs and upkeep (coolant flush etc.). That's fine. They did the repairs with my okay. The price quotes are always off. Plan to pay more than what they say. A few weeks out of the appt, coolant is dangerously low. I paid for premium Ford expertise and they didn't even do a simple check on the coolant level (and no, I do not have a leak)? The suspension sounds horrendous after they fulfilled the recall. In addition, you can't reach ANYONE! I consider this location my go-to but I'm going to have to rethink that. It's disappointing.

But Kyle and Zack were very nice. Michelle said I couldn't have a loaner car because "my car was drivable ". Wrong, if my car is in your garage it's Not drivable. If there wasn't a recall I wouldn't waste my time going there.

Stay far away from this dealership!

Bought a used car from them, and I regret it immensely. They wouldn't let me purchase an extended warranty aside from the standard 30 days, and CONVENIENTLY the car started having issues on day 35. $900 fix and they wouldn't work with me on it at all. Said they would compensate me, and did not deliver on that promise aside from ONE free oil change. Fast forward 4 months and the car is having issues again, called to speak to Mike and he never returns phone calls, and is very disingenuous when it comes to "working with you" on anything. Typical deslership sharks. The guy that sold me the car stated that he would provide me with a spare tire for the car, and never delivered on that promise either. Several of the "good" reviews on the site are quite liteially from employees, which was an easy deduction because they used their real names. Mike Nicoletti is either ignorant of the way the dealership is being run, or he just doesn't care. I would rather have purchased a horse and buggy, at least that would have been more reliable.

We brought our vehicle in for inspection and tech broke a part on vehicle. Got conflicting stories about what happened. We believe advisor's account not Svc Mgr. They are refusing to reimburse us for parts and time for us to have it repaired. We will never go to this place again.

Brought it in for an oil change and alignment. Made an appointment for 8 am when I dropped it off told them would be back at 1230 and they told me no problem will be done. Came back just after one since that’s the latest I had a ride. And truck wasn’t done waited till after 2 pm and to find out they only did the oil change!!! Couldn’t do the alignment so took 6 plus hours to change the oil. What’s the point of making an appointment

They set me up driving test, before we take off we text them to make sure everything still good because is like a hour drive from where from nobody got back to me so we went and when we got there they told us the car is been sold 2 hours ago but when we check the car was sold 2 days before they even call us i was piss and everybody hide nobody want to face us, to me they don’t have my respect they nothing. Took my money somewhere else they lost.
