This place is so rad and a must go to in Fairbanks. Bad Mother always has the coolest stuff and smells of incense and freshly cleaned vinatge clothing. Some of my favorite items of clothing have come from here. The sticker selection is prime, accessories on point and vibes divine. A true Fairbanks gem ✨🤌

So many awesome outfits and very unique items. I saw the coolest coat and I'm kicking myself for not buying it. Really good prices and staff was super cool! Totally recommend stopping in!

Love love love this store in Fairbanks! Yes, it’s vintage (huzzah!), has great prices on vintage things, has super cool new concoctions and stickers, etc, is LGBTQ friendly and owned by an awesome woman. If you do not like any of the words I’ve used in this review, this is not the store for you - just skip it. If you do love things like funky, vintage, cute, retro, queer friendly, woman-owned - then this is a must stop shop for you in Fairbanks.

I recommend anyone interested in curated vintage and unique shopping to come here. Locals love it because there is older (and arguably better) Alaska merchandise and well-made layers and outerwear passed along by fellow Alaskans. Visitors love it because it’s a funky shop downtown to pop into. This shop provides high quality, ethical fashion options in a welcoming environment with warm, considerate employees (and the owner is very involved and helpful).

Variety of stuff! An adventure to sift thru it. Caring atmosphere. And I encourage women to bring your good wardrobe items that you know you're never going to wear again to Bad Mother - share with someone who'd like them. Great place.

Bad Mother Vintage is a small shop with a cool vibe. My teen was in seventh heaven - looking at clothing, jewelry, and knick-knacks. There was good music playing (we both shazamed at the same time), fun artsy stuff and plants around, and a really friendly person running the shop. It's always great when you have such a good experience at a local business!

What a fun, unique story! We were visiting from out of town and it was so fun to pop in and find a unique souvenir. Shop worker was very friendly!!!

Curated pieces, reasonable prices. I’ve always found the customer service to be amazing. Highly recommend for visitors to Fairbanks! You can find unique gifts and Alaska swag, and there’s always new items to discover!

Bad Mother always has the most interesting and unique pieces to look through! Even if I can’t find a clothing item that fits, there’s always cool trinkets to pick from and neat things to see. The employees always seem so cool and personable as well

Great gifts abound in this sweet little shop! It is the first place I run to when I need to pick up a present for someone or want to find some new threads for myself. Vintage Trucker Hats, jewelry, patches, accessories, incense...there is no end to the great stuff you can find in this store. And they manufacture some killer signature scents. You'll have to pry this bottle Babe in the Woods from my cold dead hands.

Wow! I always find something a little special here. The owner has the talent of making you feel like you can look great in anything. Constantly adding inventory, so there are new things almost daily.

I love Bad Mother! I go there way too often. Their store owners are always chatty and kind, and each piece in the store feels hand-picked and I always find cute things there I can afford.

Found some most excellent vintage T shirts at very reasonable prices, and the owner gave great recommendations about other local shops.
