1st time doing business with Bailey's and the Customer Service Lady was above and beyond helpful. The Delivery driver's were both very nice and got my couch set up fast, and cleaned everything up the way they found it. Very nice and professional staff! I would shop here again.

With the current staffing in place it seems to be a lot better service. They are very helpful and will help you make the right decision.

The sales lady was very friendly, patient, informative and helpful. She showed us her favorites of the items that I was interested in and sure enough I ended up getting two items from her favorites list. They were ready and willing to deliver them the next day, but because I have to hold onto my old furniture for a couple more weeks, they agreed to wait until I was ready for the new furniture. These are pieces that I have always dreamed of owning and I got them at a remarkable price for great quality and I plan on returning to Bailey’s when I have all of my old furniture gone, so that I can find some more great quality pieces at their low prices. I really appreciated how she was not pushy at all and how she gave me the opportunity to think it over, since I was unsure for a moment. I would definitely return to Bailey’s for more purchases.

I went in looking for an upgraded mattress set with no idea exactly what I was looking for. The employees were amazing. They listened to me explain my goals and showed me every single mattress on the store floor explaining each and every one. It was an informative and pleasant experience that ended with the perfect fit! Danielle was especially helpful and knowledgeable about the shipping/ordering/and payment aspects of the deal. I will be back for any future needs!

Very easy to work with them. There was some trials getting my table up from Anchorage, but the manager was incredibly helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time. I appreciate the transparency of their service. The table is great quality, not cheap quality which is the whole point of the purchase, but the customer service made the experience worth it. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I have furnished our homes with Bailey's since before our marriage. The customer service has always been First rate and in our most recent experience they exceeded all of our expectations. Cheryl, the owner and Mike and Jay from the Fairbanks store deserve a ton of credit. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH and we really appreciate all of the time and effort they put in to refurnishing our homes once again. We will continue to Fulfill our furniture needs at Baileys.

I am super pleased with the customer service. Jesse and another lady were both super helpful. My girlfriend and I wanted a mattress and frame. They asked what we were looking for, we wanted something firm. She informed us of what their colors were for the mattress. We tried a bunch and weren't pushed to purchase or when we decided to purchase, the up sell for a mattress protector was more informative than a sales pitch. "The protector guards against x,y,z, if you purchase with your mattress there is a 10 year replacement warrantee with these items." We were there a bit past closing time and didn't feel rushed out.

The day before i wanted some nightstands, Jesse had no issue showing me around the clearance section and was great to talk to about design and what goes with what. I decided on two night stands. One was marked down to fifty dollars!

Currently there is a promo that if you spend 2000 or more on furniture you get this very nice yeti like cooler. Unfortunately, i was 100 short on the mattress and frame combo. So i contacted customer service and they added the two day total and offered to have the cooler delivered with my mattress and frame. Overall, i couldn't be more satisfied.

We went in looking for some specific items, understand all furniture is very expensive currently and needed for a non-critical room. They were helpful without being overly bearing leaving us to browse we found two items that worked well at a fair price. Would go back again when we need something.

I have just moved to fairbanks and was in need of furniture. After visiting a number of other furniture retailers and being swarmed by sales people in spite of being told that there is almost nothing available for months, I was hesitant to walk in to Bailey's. Fortunately, my experience with them could not have been more different. I was greeted warmly and offered a drink, they explained the layout of the store to me and invited me to browse their inventory, take pictures of things I was interested in, or ask any associate for help. They explained all the discounts I was eligible to receive up front and were very forthcoming about anything that was on back order. I never felt pressured and found what I was looking for at literally half the price of other places. I was able to pay for it and pick it up with in minuets. Overall, I could not be happier with the experience and will be returning for all future furniture needs.

Naomi greeted my husband and I as we walked in. We were able to try out various mattresses and when we found the one we wanted Naomi was available to answer our questions and check us out. The man in the warehouse got us loaded up quickly and we were on our way. We have shopped at Bailey's numerous times and always receive outstanding service and have always been pleased with the items we have purchased. We will be back.

I went into Bailey's multiple times to look at different pieces of furniture. I also went to other furniture store. I felt pressured and harassed at other furniture stores. The staff at Bailey's let me look around and try the furniture without following me and pressuring me. I was able to ask questions to any of the staff and got fast clear direct answers that was easy to understand. All the staff was friendly and professional. The website is easy to use and has the price listed, unlike other sites. The store is clean and sectioned off with an easy understandable flow. All the prices where listed clearly and with finance options. I am super excited with my purchase and after much research feel that I got an good and fair purchase price from Bailey's. I cant wait to get my new sectional home.

Wonderful shopping experience. No sales person hanging over you. Spend as much time as you need trying all different furniture. When you needed help or to ask a question Jesse was right there with knowledgeable information.
Pricing is set so no haggling. Lowest prices in town for quality comfortable furniture. Can’t wait to use my new powered recliner.

Went in to buy a couch and a coffee table. A sales rep came up and helped me go through their stock. Was able to find a nice modern style electric reclining couch for about $800. A nice 3-peice coffee table, and a chest drawer for about $250. They walked me through their financing options and the one that works for me. Didn't take too long to get every set up and the delivery scheduled. While delivery wasn't same day, they did say it includes not just delivering the items, but set up too. I'll have to wait and see that part when they come over.

Update: movers were exactly what you'd expect. Some tough young high school line backers that made it look like no probelm getting everything brought up to my apartment on the 3rd floor.

Easy to find what we needed. It’s nice to have a quality yet affordable furniture store in Fairbanks. That said, they had the couch we wanted on sale but it’s a modular sectional and the sale only applied to the configuration available in store. We needed slightly less and had to pay $400 more than the sales price on the larger couch. I’d like to see Bailey’s consider looking into this for future. All in all a good experience and Katie was easy to work with!

Went in to look around and see if they had a dresser that my son liked. They did not have it but we found some nice rugs we will go back and get, then a lamp I feel in love with, one happened to be on the clearance floor for $40 from (200) because a couple crystals are missing. They aren't pushy, asked if we needed any thing then let us browse. While we were waiting to go to the clearance building had people check on us. Alot of cute decor signs as well and old keys if you are looking

Great experience all around so far. In store representative was helpful in finding the couch set I had seen online and the delivery crew did there thing fast and efficiently!

Fantastic customer service! We ordered a desk unit and it didn't fit in the area we needed it for. The manager offered to come out to personally check and measure. Company came out multiple times setting up and making sure every little things was correct. Very refreshing considering the lack of customer service u find in this area.

We've done a lot of moving through out the years, with that being said we've bought and sold so much furniture all over the country. I was impressed by the low prices and high quality furniture, all of the wood furniture is made out of real wood, that's what you want in a pice of furniture when considering longevity and durability. The staff is very helpful, I will definitely be back to buy more furniture before leaving Alaska.

Excellent service. Dragana served me as I shopped. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Was very patient as I made several changes. The delivery folks were even able to deliver a week earlier than I was told at first. All in all, I'm very happy I shopped at Baily's
