I came in looking for my first couch. The service that I have received from Tony was top notch. We walked me through everything I needed to get set up and provide me with all the information I need, all while making the process fast and easy. Big shout out to Tony for helping get my first couch, Thank you so much.

This is our fourth time purchasing furniture from Sadler’s. That should tell you a lot about the service and quality they offer. They’re helpful without smothering you. Ashly has helped us multiple times and is always sweet and polite and never pushy. I had bought a recliner chair for my husband as a surprise and we ended up getting a loveseat recliner instead. The wide selection is wonderful compared to the other furniture places in Fairbanks. It’s all high quality furniture that doesn’t fall apart or wear out in a few years. I have already spot a few things to put on my next list to purchase once this one is paid for.

Came in for lamps during their Presidents Day sale and found just exactly the styles I was hoping for! I loved the variety they had and especially the manner in which I was able to roam freely and search without obtrusive or pushy sales people hovering while I struggled to make up my mind. They are polite and helpful in a respectful way with zero pressure. AWESOME.

Arrived to look at new mattress. Warmly greeted by staff. I specifically needed a 9-10” top mattress because the 12-14” top mattress I currently have is too tall for me to comfortably climb into bed. Staff offered a choice of foam or spring version from their selection. I am a satisfied customer.

The executive salesman, Peter Beaver, is an impressive source of detailed and important information on each of the wide variety of mattresses available in their inventory. As he learned of my preferences he was able to guide me to the perfect mattress for my application. When I got the mattress home I was amazed at how perfectly it fit with the rest of the bed. I am very happy with my purchase and I will gladly do business with Sadlers again.

When I went to this store I honestly was just looking for a table but I ended up leaving with both a table and a couch expecting to be delivered! Tony was the only person working upstairs at this time and handed everything professionally and calmly. Not only did he help me with any question I asked but also would make a really good conversation while still working on other tasks. After multiple calls and after being put on hold with some credit company he still would smile and just laugh it off with me and that’s the best costumer service I have seen since my time of being in Fairbanks! I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person and I would definitely buy from this store again because of this man!

Tony C. did fantastic at helping us get an invoice for some damaged furniture from the movers and gave us options for replacing it. Professional, courteous, and a good sense of humor! Him and the guys downstairs helped us with getting other items for our set loaded up and on our way quick. Definitely will be returning.

Ashly helped us find the perfect chairs to replace the old ones in our dining room. She is the same gal who helped us with our couch purchase, our dining room table purchase, our bedroom purchase, and our boys bed purchases. She has basically furnished our entire house. Every time we work with her, she is very helpful, very open, and does not pressure at all! Purchasing the chairs (after we decided which ones) took about 2 minutes, and we were out the door, onto other things.

Great experience purchasing a loveseat from Sadler’s. Our sales associate, Tony, was extremely helpful with our purchase researching the features we wanted, what was in stock, and money saving coupons and deals offered. Thanks so much.

Love me some Sadlers Furniture. The build quality always exceeds what you’ll find elsewhere in town. I bought a kitchen table from Sadlers YEARS ago and it’ll be in my family forever. My husband and I stopped into Sadlers on Black Friday 2023 to take a look around the different options for livingroom furniture to replace our broken recliner sofa. We definitely walked in with the Intent to buy we just needed to find the right pieces! The store is full of lovely options and I felt like there was a good variety to choose from. We were soon greeted by Ashley and she answered our questions without any salesy pressure or cheesey tactics! I initially loved the huge cozy sectional but my husband wasn’t so sure about how it would fit in our livingroom so we then found a reclining sofa we both loved and told Ashley we would take 2! Not only was she friendly and fun to chat with, she went the extra mile for us and informed us the sofa we chose was actually listed even cheaper on the website AND that we qualified for an additional discount due to a coupon in the mailer! She could have stayed quiet on those 2 things and we would have never known but her doing that for us made us feel that much better about purchasing right then and there. Because of Ashley’s helpfulness and the way she made the buying experience so positive and just so easy, I would definitely recommend Sadlers to anyone looking to purchase their next home furniture!

Tony was so awesome! He was very helpful and thorough with every question and concern I had. He went above and beyond staying after hours to make sure our sale went through and was complete. He helped us find everything we were looking for and was kind, funny, and once again extremely helpful. I highly recommend Saddlers and from my experience you can’t go wrong with Tony!

I had a great experience at Sadler's Fairbanks. I didn't think I'd find a couch/loveseat that fit my criteria so easily, but thanks to sales associate Tony C. I found just what I was looking for in no time at all. Tony was awesome, very friendly and knowledgable. Definitely in salesman mode, but not at all like the typical smarmy, cloying "used car salesman" stereotype. I told him what I was looking for and he quickly showed me half a dozen things he though I might like, pointed out a few pros and cons, and then got out of my way. He must have sensed I'd found something I liked because he came back to see if I had any questions with perfect timing. It was not at all like the bad experience I had at another furniture store in town. I should have gone to Sadler's first.

Connie is the best designer and salesperson, and she has helped me with several purchases. I rely on her expertise! Plus the chairs I have bought are super comfortable and gorgeous! Thank you!

Toeknee ( Tony) lol was very friendly, kind and fast. He valued our time and was being helpful and available when we needed his assistance.
