Laz's Tacos

Food had great flavor. Typical food truck. Nothing different other than their menu is extensive for a restaurant on wheels.

Since we dined in I was a bit irritated to see the first charge on my receipt was 15¢ for the bag they put my burritos in. I could’ve carried them without a bag and the charge. At least they should let customers know of the charge. That’s really my only beef.

Wow! My mom was born in MX, so I grew up eating authentic MX food. It’s pretty hard to impress me in this area, but let me just say: this was authentic and by far the best taco I’ve purchased. Highly recommend. There’s also a cute little area to sit outside under umbrellas.

The best local food truck tacos. The taste is excellent and their condiments supplement the taste very well. Loved their fried cauliflower tacos, veggie tacos and chicken tacos. They all tasted excellent and definitely worth the money. Highly recommend this place for everyone they do have a lot of options to choose from.

Simple but yummy tacos.

The shrimp one is my favorite. My second favorite is the non-shredded pork.
Price is 2.5 per taco and I appreciate that they still keep the price so low during the pandemic and inflation.

Definitely would try the meat plate next time.

Have always seen this food truck at the intersection of front street and gilman blvd. This time, we made it there for lunch time. The place was busy - people trickling in and out. Mostly, people were doing take outs. We decided to sit there in the open next to the truck (they have a few chairs and tables).

We ordered a Torta (beef sandiwch) and a plate of carne asada. The torta was out of the world - flavorful. The plate of carne asada came with carne (ofcourse), salad, guac, refried beans, rice and a bottled drink. The carne was too good. Well marinated and cooked to perfection.

They sell Tacos, Quesadillas, Burritos, Tortas with your choice of meat. They also have combo meals with the above and a plate of sides + drink. Apart from this they also have carnitas, carne asada and fajita plates.

The price is reasonable and the portions are GENEROUS.

Will definitely come back!!

It's true that it's a challenge to find a decent and authentic Mexican food around eastside but Laz's Tacos Truck comes pretty close. Their food is good quality and tasty, service is always friendly and fast. Our family goes there at least once a week.

Excellent tacos. Fresh. They were very accommodating with flour tortillas too. It was great to seat outdoors too. Clean and nice tables for sitting outdoors.

We LOVE this place! We came here multiples times while we were in Issaquah. Whatever you get, it will be good! I kept going back for the Carne asada plate and my husband udually got the tacos. This was always fairly priced for such authentic food. This place is great and I definitely recommend if your stopping through Issaquah.

Best Mexican food ever! And their green sauce is to die for. Everyone is super nice and food is prepared super quick. This is the local spot!

Having grown up and lived in Southern California all my life up until 2 years ago, we’ve struggled to find “good Mexican food” that compares to what we’ve been used to. Not that most of it in WA is bad…it’s just not been the same. Laz’s Tacos was the first place our family unanimously agreed changed that. Best tacos and most authentic Mexican food we’ve had in the almost 3 years we’ve been in WA. Fantastic! And the creamy cilantro salsa is killer.

Amazing tacos. The tortillas were perfectly toasted. We had Shrimp tacos, chicken tacos and beef tacos and loved all three varieties. Will come back again!

Having moved from a place with amazing Latin American food, Issaquah was a disappointment.... until we found Laz's Tacos! No frills taco truck nestled in Chevron with a little outdoor seating area. The meats are (carnitas and adobado) are just OK, well cooked and tender but not much flavor. Their secret weapon though is the fried cauliflower and Asada fries. Serving sizes are street food size, so you can be decently full with an entree but not stuffed.

The vegetarian fried cauliflower tacos are definitely really good!! Love their medium creamy salsa too. Wish they had a few more interesting vegetarian tacos, but that doesn’t stop them from being 5 stars (and a good price too!)

Really impressed with the carne asada and adobada tacos. My friend is vegetarian, she ordered the fried cauliflower tacos and they were our favorite…SUPER delicious.

Food was great, service fast, no line. Loved minimal packaging too (no Styrofoam boxes)

Food is always amazing. Something for everyone from young eaters to plant based preferences. As a carnivore, I recommend the Asada Fries and everythingelse on the menu. Staff is great. Even helped me with a large catering order.
