This office is guilty of elder abuse and has been doing everything they can to cover it up. They also knowingly brought Pamela Hediger to cases that she could steal from clients, then claimed they knew nothing about it. They're still currently stealing from clients now.

Edit: I am very much a client, as I still own a percentage of the Trust they oversee, saying I am not a client shows their failure to understand law. Furthermore, I would like to point out that while they claim these are "False allegations" they will not submit a request for removal or a defamation hearing. That is because, in doing so, they will be required to release the evidence that I have asked to be released for 6 years now. Evidence that we both know will prove they are guilty and require their forfeiture of licenses to practice law.

Mr. Huddleston informed me he was withdrawing as my attorney the night before my trial. Then proceeded to charge up another $2000.00 in under 24 hours. He made mistakes that I had to correct one of which would have legally bound me to do things the exact opposite of what I wanted. I would not recommend this attorney to go against anyone with half a brain. You will lose.

This law firm DOES NOT LITIGATE. They specialize only in settling. They are friendly but not a powerful force as far as legal expertise goes.

Way over priced! They want $375 for one hour just to consulate, ridiculous!
