We bought a fridge at the store with an extended warranty. Fridge died on a Monday. We called the service center through the warranty. My husband was on phone for over an hour with someone from the Philippians. Finally got connected with an agent who confirmed we’d have someone out on Wednesday. They never showed! Husband tried to get a hold of someone on Thursday. No answer. Finally someone called him Friday but told him they can’t come out and fix the fridge until Thursday. Are you kidding me!!! According to warranty they guarantee 3 days. So I just walk into our local HD and speak to Sam and the Adam the manager in the appliance dept and share about this horrible experience. They were kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help our family. The warranty company gets 0 stars. They were and continue to be awful. BUT Sam and Adam in the appliance dept at my local store are. ANAZING! Thank you. You both were a blessing to my family today.

Got to love love Home depot.
It seems that they really have gone up in the cost of everything, beyond just the economy. But a great place to get what you need.

After working all day, my 30+yr knee injury was growling at me. Walked in and asked if someone could grab me a can of dry graphite lubricant. They didn't even ask, happily volunteered. Thank you!

Pricescan bea bit spendier than Lowes with some items however I like the interest free finaces option when it comes to my big item purchases usually have longer rhan 5 months to pay off which is extremely manageable for us and our home and shop repairs.

Mike in tools helped me find a nice orbital sander and rotary hammer drill. Kim is a sweetheart. Phenomenal customer service!

Quickly found what I needed. It makes it very fast to get what i need with the vast amount of products they carry in stock.

They had almost everything that I needed. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Helpful staff, great bargains. My wife's 20 year old drill's 14v battery gave out. The staff chuckled at the 14 volt which is now a relic and made a useful recommendation for an appropriate product for simple house hold use. Plus you can bring your 🐕!

Sam in the refrigerator department knows her stuff. I spent hours and hours researching and studying refrigerators. I am trying to help my Daughter who lives on the East Coast select one. Literally 5 minutes with Sam! Boom check done! She deserves a raise! Also Kasie was a superstar helping me with Halloween advice

This my very best hardware store ever. I worked for them one year in 2022 and I love it! They're professional and I like their style of management and the way they treat their staff. I love the fact that they share their profit with their employees!

My twin sister and I went to the Albany Home Depot to get a new power nozzle for pressure washer. They didn't seem to have the brand we needed. Kyli gave great customer service by verifying that they didn't have the brand we were looking for but did have another power nozzle by a different brand. It was the last one available and she gave us a good discount on it since the brand we wanted wasn't available. Michelle was our cashier and made sure everything was correct and gave me my military discount. They were both great helping us. And the nozzle works great! Much appreciated Kylie and Michelle helping us find what we needed and taking care of us. We will be going back again for other projects soon.

As a home owner home depot has what I need

This is a good Home Depot location.

They have most things in stock and the floor staff is usually friendly and helpful.

Definitely recommend this place over Lowes if you are looking for lumber and raw materials.

Always have what you need for home improvement
