AT&T Store

Mark was very helpful getting my system. Restarted after Verizon accidentally erased everything. Mark has worked for most of the phone companies and restored as much of my information as he could. He was always very patient and knowledgeable sincerely.

Incredibly helpful customer service. Store representative, Mark, was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk too. Overly honest which made the experience comfortable and not forced. Would highly recommend 10/10.

Went in there to get new Google phones. We had a bad experience with Verizon retail in WinCo shopping center, so decided to go to AT&T. Mark was helpful and very understanding and got us into great phones. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need nor put liquid screensavers on there without our permission which cost us a lot of money that couldn't be recouped (which the Verizon store did). We really appreciated his knowledge, truthfulness and honesty.

In a world where good customer service is harder and harder to find this location in particular truly does work as hard as they can to provide great service! Mark and Simon seem to really care and want to help their customers and you just don't see that much anymore these days! Thank you AGAIN for your help Mark and Simon!

Joel is the best! Went in with questions about my bill and he was able to lower my monthly payment AND got me a new phone! Definitely recommend!

About ten days ago I came in from Newport to the Corvallis store on 4th St. where I met Jeff (did not get his last name) but he was one of the most pleasant and genuine individuals I've met. In trying to get my phone line resolved I wanted to transfer to another carrier but he explained in detail the real problems I might be up against if I wanted to switch. After he educated me some more I decided to stay with ATT. I had only wished there were more customer service reps like Jeff that were pleasant and more efficient in serving my needs. Lastly, he did not try to sell me anything additional, as it perturbs me when they push additional services or products on you. A previous customer had come in before I was helped complaining that someone in that store had pushed her husband into buying an additional phone which he did not need, she was very upset.I think she felt they had taken advantage of him and the fact he was a senior. Anyway, I will definitely be back.

Went into the store to get some things figured out on my family’s plan. Trent, Sam, and Wade are all fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable. Sam and Trent helped me to get the best plan and pricing possible! Great experience!

I’ve been a customer of AT&T for many years. I have been happy with every purchase I have made over the years. I’m overjoyed with my recent purchase at the 4th Street location. The atmosphere of the store and the friendly service was impeccable. I found Nate a joy to work with and he was knowledgeable about all the products. I knew what I wanted going in and he made it possible. Mason finished up my phone purchase and I was impressed with his attention to details. I can be a tough critic when if comes to service. It’s never fun for me shopping for a new phone but Trent actually makes the process smooth and easy and he answers all your questions and makes sure you’re getting the absolute best plan for the best price. Brandon's customer service was excellent. We came to him with a difficult problem. We couldn't solve it in the first visit, so he rescheduled with us and set a time for 24 hours later for us to come in. He quickly identified our problem and gave creative solutions. I could see him closing big deals. He has great technological skills and people skills. I recommend him for a promotion, raise, or more funding for his branch. Great guy.

I upgraded my phone at this store. Nate was the one who helped me and he was new there. Even though he was new the experince was smooth and he was very nice! Even though their systems were crashing every few minutes they were professional and made it into a humorous scenario. The manager (I can't remember his name) was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though he spoke very fast, he was to the point and happy to answer and my questions I had; which I appreciated. After reading other reviews about this store, the negative reviews are due to impatient people. If you've worked costumer service before or have any respect for service workers you will have a plesent experince. You're buying a new phone, it's not going to take just 5 minutes.

Came in with my daughter to switch her plan from Verizon to AT&T and get her a new phone. Nate was super helpful in getting the best plan at the best price plus a good phone she could afford. He spent a lot of time helping us get the Verizon plan canceled. Verizon doesn't make it easy to switch! Great customer service all around. Thanks Nate!

Trent provided me with amazing customer service. I came in to trade my phone for a new Samsung s22 and he made the transfer process so very easy on my side. Highly recommend this AT&T location!

Alex spent over an hour helping me get my phone activated. I had ordered the phone and service online but had difficulties getting it activated on my own. He was very patient and didn't give up even though it was quite challenging. He made several phone calls to their various service departments and made sure everything was in order and working before we left. I highly recommend. Tip: don't try to do it online. Just go into the store.

I had a nightmare situation because I have a unified account with AT&T and Direct TV. I would say avoid this situation at all costs but if you live in the country you may not have a choice. I needed to do something that should’ve been simple but instead it was impossibly frustrating. Alex managed to help me figure it out all the while helping another client who was in a worse way than me (they had been on the phone with AT&T for who knows how long)… Alex handled both of us simultaneously like a champ. No way I could do his job…

I hope they pay him well and I hope customers are nice to him; this is a hard job very few good workers want to do it in a pandemic/post pandemic world where people are at their worst. Be nice people!

I bought a new galaxy S21 at this store. Alexander is the manager and helped me out. He was awesome. Super fast, polite & ready to provide all navigation of transaction easily.
If you need to buy a phone and get all the protection gear & amenities this is the place & Alex is your man.

Brandon was an incredible help to me and my husband this past Monday. We were from out of state and bought 2 new iPhone 10s in Portland and needed to have them set up better. We have had an ATT phone plan for almost 25 years. He very patiently set us up with nothing to gain from the transaction. He was the best ATT store person I have ever dealt with.

Came in after DESTROYING my phone. Nate took the time to show me what phones where available and what would work best for me. He noticed that I had an absolute need for a wearable device and helped me pick out and order the perfect watch. Highly recommend going to see Nate if you need anything from At&t.

Brandon is amazing, funny, and easy to talk too. He’s super helpful, and always takes the time to explain everything and answers all my questions. I drive from Newport to Corvallis (because the Newport store guy is always cranky) to get Brandin’s help. He likes his job, and it shows.

By far the BEST customer service I have ever had. Art and store manager Richard were both amazing. The both went above and beyond. We will drive from Albany to Corvallis just to go to that store. Everything was broken down and explained to us. Thank you for being great!
