Nuvision Credit Union

I have not had any problems with Nuvision. They always help me anyway they can. They are almost always friendly with me. In the recent past, they were short handed and just like all other businesses they tried best. Very happy with Nuvision!

I always get fast and great service with these guys. They always have a smile on their faces and are really friendly. I plan on using them as a bank for many years to come.

I've been using this Bank since before they switched over to New visionand they have excellent service since I've started using them back in 2008

I am a member and November 3rd. I came in and this young lady like threw my i.d. to me. This happen at the desk by the two cashier that is not good customer service.??

0 STARS Read the other reviews they will hopefully steer you clear nothing but issues with this bank good luck with their customer service team. They will not last long here with the way they run their business. Good luck with your new location you are building. Must be lying for it with the hidden fees!

Worst bank I have ever dealt with no one answers the phones they don’t call back. They charge fees for insurance claim they never got it from the dealership. What a joke but they got my contract emailed a rep with insurance information never got taken care of. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COST.

For being the only physical location of Nuvision in fairbanks you think it would have hours that accommodate the average person, but no. Better rush over immediately after your shift ends, chattel worker!

If you use this CU get some good lube, you’re gonna need it.

The absolute WORST CU I have ever dealt with. NEVER able to get ahold of anyone on the phone. When I did go to the branch I waited over an HOUR! The girl was rude, did not know what she was doing or how to help me. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BANK THERE.

They have really gone downhill. It’s been a long decline but since NuVision took over they’ve had empty ATMs and inconvenient location hours. I joined Denali Alaskan years ago out of convenience and it’s very disappointing to see all that gone.

Went in to open a new account for my daughter, Encountered the most rude teller I have ever dealt with there. My family will diffinetly change banks !!!

i wish i could give less than one star. worst bank ever. they have screwed us over more times than i can count. would not recommend anyone banking with them. not only are they rude, they are also very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Wish I can give less than 1 star. Unhelpful annoying and waste of time using this bank. Not sure how people use it for so long.

We have been banking here for 30 years, it's turned so terrible we are leaving. I'd go anywhere but here.
