Office Max in Fairbanks is a family friendly store. Lots of fun items for school projects or creative endeavors. I found everything I needed for my work-related projects also. Staff was friendly, the store was immaculate, and they sell the goop that makes slime. Great outing in the middle of a cold winter. Good job folks.

Have been using the printing services over the last few years on the road and it’s great! Upload your project, print, laminate, pay, pickup at pickup center next to print counter and go! Fast turn around, great printing services and all without talking to anyone or having to stop and stand in line to pickup an order. Very convenient!

Just opened my small business and have been frequenting our local office max. I have had so many positive and helpful interactions, and I cannot tell you how rare that is in Fairbanks! We went it & almost missed what we were looking for. About the point of giving up we were greeted by Gabe who showed us what we didn't see. Then he informed us he could price match their own site as well. Then he carried it to the cashier while we shopped.

Upon check-out Teresa helped us and was very informative!

We'll be coming back for sure! In a world where employees huddle in the corner & and don't engage. And others don't want to work the realization that customer service is dead is real all too often.

We had such a great experience at this location! Came in to purchase some office chairs and were able to get them all. Jesse was extremely helpful in getting the chairs down from the top shelf for us and loading up chairs from the floor. He also checked us out and got us set up with the protection plan which was the same price as purchasing the chair without it. He even helped us load our work truck with them and was very kind and courteous the entire time, when he could have easily been annoyed with us. Definitely looking forward to purchasing here for our business in the future.

I was so pleased to hear they had a Tech service to clean and install virus protection. They were efficient and done and didn't have to wait long

I did an online order for a homecoming poster for my husband returning from deployment. I placed my order at 11am and it was ready to be picked up at 2p! The website was very easy to navigate and I got a text message when it was ready to be picked up. The ladies at the photo center were very nice and the poster turned out amazing.
