Being retired military I have had cars repaired in 5 different states and 2 countries. For the 20 years since moving to this state I have only used Fullers Automotive. The Fuller Family of owners and workers have always been respectful, friendly, responsible and reasonable. They also do top notch work. This may sound like an Ad, but it's not. From Auto Body to engine work, they have always done the best of repairs. Yes, Auto repair can be very expensive…anywhere. Ever had your dealer fix your car? Fullers Auto worked with me on financing. I don't know if they do that often; but it saved my family. So Thank You Fuller family. Thank you very much for keeping my family safe and my cars on the road looking great.

Fullers oil changes are always the best and when in doubt they always do a quick vacuum. It might not seem like a big deal when they vacuum but it shows how much they care and they go above and beyond with customer service. Not only that but they also send you photos of what is wrong with your vehicle and do a great job checking for issues. Many places will say you have xyz wrong with your car and lie but here they prove it with photos. Great job Fuller Automotive keep it up!

Calling all the single ladies, that are scared of mechanic, I'm telling you the truth if Chris and his guys ask me for a million dollars to fix my car, I'll trust them... no questions asked, more times then one, I've had problems with my car, that i thought was a big deal but to my surprise they didn't even charge me even for checking it, because it wasn't anything, they could have easly lied to me and charged me a feet and a leg for nothing and i wouldn't have known. All i can say is I'm one very happy and satisfied customer, i find myself everyday telling everyone i come across about my mechanics from the guy that does my inspection sticker, the guys at the front desk who now call me by name. I feel like family every time i come in here, i know I'm in very good hands.

I have been bringing all my cars to Fullers for over 20 years. I have always been impressed with their mechanic work and customer service. Chris and all of his team (from technicians, mechanics, and front desk staff) have always been honest in their assessments (even letting me know things can wait), and have taken the time to explain things and answer my questions.

I trust Fullers fully, and recommend them to anyone looking for anything from an oil change to full autobody work.

I'm a new customer. I've only been there three times (we have 2 cars) and each time I was very impressed by the way the service desk listened and documented the problems I was there for. They do full state inspections, oil changes with no appointment necessary. They are very efficient. I had to get a slow-leaking tire repair and tire rotation and a state inspection: I waited for the car there in the waiting area (which is clean, warm with amenities like wifi, coffee, TV) and listened to the service managers take great care in helping folks take care of their vehicles. I overheard them actively try and save their customers money by prioritizing parts, repairs and replacements as they wrote up work orders. The work areas are visible and appear clean, well-organized, and mechanics in quasi-uniforms, logo-bearings shirts, jackets and hats. This seems like it would be a great way to care for the workers as "the swag" is practical and creates a cohesive, unified 'look'.
I will be going back for tires soon!

I've been going here for years and these guys always do a great job. I recently had my first experience with the autobody shop and the work was great, which motivated me to take the time to leave a review. I highly recommend these guys for anything... oil changes, inspections, mechanical, and now autobody.

Fuller's always provides prompt, thorough and curteous service. This visit was for an oil change which was unscheduled and was completed in under 30 minutes.

Fuller's has taken care of all 3 of my Mustangs, repainting my 2004 Mustang GT Convertible and installing all new decals, fixing the front of my 2006 Mustang after a bike ran into the front of it, and will soon be repainting the side of my 2013 Mustang after a punk keyed it last week. They are the BEST body shop I've ever dealt with !

Shop was bigger than expected when I scheduled to get tires here. Nice shop setup and knowledgeable techs. Very accommodating and was in and out in less time than expected. Definitely a good alternative to the stealerships!

Great staff all around, they are my families go to place. Went there today for oil change and tire rotation, service rep at desk said they had to reschedule my tire rotation due to bays all full. ( The big boss overheard conversation and rolled up his sleeves and got it done for me ) Will definitely continue bringing my Jeep Wrangler here. Business that you can trust!

Fuller's always provides top notch service and they do what it takes to work closely with their customers to keep them fully satisfied. They complete
the work in the time frame that they commit to and they won't do any services on your car that are not needed. Pricing for services is competitive and
the full staff is very customer service oriented. If any issues arise they will be completely supportive to the needs of the customer. I have been a regular
customer for over 10 years and I am completely satisfied with my experiences in getting my cars serviced here. Good job Fuller's!

AWESOME experience! Fuller's of Auburn was recommended to me by my insurance company after I struck a deer on 395. It was an upsetting and emotional experience, not to mention disappointing considering I've only had this truck for a year.

All I can say is this place is the closest you can get to "white glove" treatment every step of the process. They have a Geico insurance adjuster on-site, an Enterprise car rental on-site - it truly is one-stop shopping for all of your auto body needs!

Josh Fuller was there to greet me and walked me through every step of the process. He made the service very personal and answered any questions I had. Willie was great at communicating timelines. My truck was ready a day earlier than originally promised, which was impressive given the Christmas and New Years holidays.

And the true test of any auto body repair - it looks like nothing ever happened.

Was on my way down 495 heading to a work function and caught a nail in my tire. Put the spare on and went straight to Fuller's. They knew I had to make a work engagement and took care of me right away. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Couldn't be happier and thankful that they were there to help. Really great mechanics, fast friendly service and reasonable prices. Also the chairs in the waiting area are way more comfortable than they look.

Got a flat tire on Thursday and my car got towed to Fuller for service. They ordered new tires for me on Friday and had me back on the road Monday.

Made an appointment with Josh to have my repair done after someone hit my car. He made the whole process so easy. From the time I walked in to the time I picked up my car they kept me informed the whole way. They had to order parts for my car and they came in quicker than I expected. They are so exceptional when I picked up my car I found that they even detailed the interior! I am beyond happy with the work they performed you wouldn’t even know it was in the shop! 12/10!!

Fullers was hands down the best place I have gone to so far for fixing my car! I have gone to other places prior and from my first phone call with Amanda to the whole process, including how awesome Mr.Fuller is himself, I would recommend this place 100%. They have great personalities and just care and I feel like most places aren’t like that. 10/10 recommend
