Cedar Grove Parking Lot

I can not say enough good things about this parking !
Excellent service from the officers lining up the cars parking attendants to the young men who handled our bags to the bus drivers all excellent!!! We got off the cruise busses were waiting on us to take us back to cars!! No issues made our cruise very organized and sooo pleased! Thank you for the great service!

Very nice and easy. So close to the terminal. Parked for a 7 day cruise for only $105.00.

Super organized and easy...park, the porters are right there to check your bags onto the ship, hop on the clean newer bus, 5 minutes to the ship. Coming back the busses are right there at the terminal, porters to help with bags onto the bus and at parking lot to help you to your car IF YOU LIKE (we only had 2 bags so carried to the car without being pressured by the porters). No waiting for a bus or bags, no problem with cars in the lot, lot was clean and gated with security cameras.

I thought the City of Norfolk did a phenomenal job with parking, luggage, and transportation to the cruise terminal. Security was friendly and helpful when we showed up at the wrong gate. Friendly and polite porters were all around the parking lot to help with luggage. Cheerful bus drivers got us promptly loaded and delivered to the terminal. They all helped take the bumps out of a potentially stressful time!

We parked for $75 for our five day cruise. Easy in and out. You take your bags out of your car and a cruise guy was willing to help with your luggage. Waiting for the bus to go to terminal was about 30 minutes with a 10 minute drive over.

I understand this parking lot had some issues with delays and break ins some months back. Our experience with parking was as good as it gets. Drop off and transportation to the cruise port was fast and smooth. Security seems to be much improved also. Hope your experience is as good as ours.

Just got back from Carnival cruise. The parking and process is much improved. We parked with no problem. They had people there to put your checked bags on the busses. Minimal waiting. Plenty of busses waiting. Luggage waiting
at our room by 1:30. Getting off was easy. We didn't check bags so didn't have to wait for Carnival to get them sorted.

We were so hesitant to park here after reading the reviews of cars being broken into… we thought we should just park at the airport and uber to the ship like someone else said but since our Oct.1st cruise boarding time was delayed by a few hours because of the storm, we were running late and just decided to park here.

We got to the lot at 4pm and the attendants were SO helpful. We paid $75 for the parking. They didn't ask how long we needed to stay but I assumed they knew. After we parked, one of the men came to help with our luggage. (We tipped him of course, don’t forget to tip ppl who help with luggage!!)

We were on the shuttle bus by 4:15 and got to the pier by 4:30.

When we got off the cruise, we got in line for the shuttle bus to take us back and again, everything was smooth. We went to the car and no damage at all. I didn’t see anyone in the lot with damaged cars either, and we were coming back from a 5 day cruise.

We were pleasantly surprised that the lot had 24/7 security from police officers. They even have several mobile cameras that alert when somone is trespassing! Deputy Jodi even helped Jumpstart our car after hour battery died. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Once headed home from my week long carnival cruise i discovered i had left two very important items in the parking lot im happy to report Master Deputy Jody Drowns from the Norfolk Sherifs office helped track down the missing items (i probably called everyone in the city and worried them to death all day so sorry about that btw ) and he said he will be mailing me the items from his own funds how blessed is that what an awesome team he has everyone was super helpful that morning as well helping with getting the items to our car thank you Norfolk Sheriff's Office for keeping our cars and belongings safe at the Cedar Grove Parking Lot i will also update when the package arrives keep up the great work!

Very organized and secure parking lot. No need to worry about your vehicle while on vacation

Staff made it very easy to figure out which ways to go... porters were extremely friendly and helpful

Despite being located in the Projects of Norfolk. The Security & Police & Staff kept our vehicles safe.

Can only enter from one direction, but well staffed on cruise departure days anyway ...

Good place to park your car when you go on a carnival Cruise but make sure you go to the front entrance on Monticello

Easy entrance. Very helpful. Felt secure. Decent walk to pick up point.

Plenty of space.. easy to get around in.. really no stressing like most of us do trying to find a parking spot
