I was really impressed by the price and the cleanliness and the breakfast here. The best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The staff members I had interactions with were smiley and helpful. The whole place was clean. I would definitely stay again. Phone room key didn't work via the HH app the first night, but it did the next day. Stocked mini shop by the front desk, 6$ beer, good selection. Snacks, wine etc.

There was an African American woman working as the receptionist at 7:00 A.M. on 02/21/2024. I do not know her name but she was amazing with assisting my husband and I! I appreciate her so much. She really saved me today! I would have gave less stars because of another woman but the one I am speaking about was so great. Thank you so much!

Very accomodating location. Near DC, Baltimore, and the airport. This location also has shuttle to and from Dulles airport. Breakfast was always early and had a good variety everyday. However, I would recommend having fresh eggs with breakfast or maybe even an omelet station where those eggs can be cooked or boiled. Overall the Staff was excellent the gym was clean (there is a peloton bike on the property) and it is close to various restaurants.

This hotel was centrally located to D.C. and Woodbridge, about 35-40 minutes. Only about 10 minutes from the King Spa. Close to the airport because you can hear planes. It was very relaxing to me, and the breakfast was on point! The breakfast staff has exceptional attentiveness!! This hotel has an exceptional team! I will be back!

Beverly - A true gem of a night-time front desk attendant. When we had to relocate from our original room, Beverly went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortably settled into a new room. She meticulously chose a fantastic room for us, displaying her dedication to guest satisfaction. What truly touched my heart was her incredible patience and warmth towards my small, sick children. Despite their challenges, Beverly remained friendly and understanding, making their stay as pleasant as possible. She even handled their evening antics with remarkable patience and grace.

Heather - A heartfelt thanks to Heather, who not only managed the day-time front desk but also actively ensured the readiness of our new room. Her consistent follow-ups and genuine concern truly set her apart. Much like Beverly, Heather exhibited extraordinary understanding and assistance, contributing immensely to the overall positivity of our stay.

After enduring disappointing experiences at two previous hotels, the level of courtesy and friendliness displayed by these two remarkable ladies, as well as the entire staff, was truly refreshing.

I must also extend my appreciation to the exceptional cleaning staff, whose diligence and professionalism were evident in the immaculate condition of our room.

Special mention also goes to the breakfast staff for their outstanding culinary creations and their attentiveness to all aspects of our dining experience. This hotel's exceptional team has restored my faith in the hospitality industry, and I am incredibly grateful for their efforts in turning around my recent travel experiences.

Loved everything. Mostly the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were kind and friendly. I will definitely book there again.

Great hotel. Nice friendly staff. no restaurant. no bar. so it's eating out all the time. but nice hotel clean. comfy beds. rooms little dated but OK. pool and gym are great also. would definitely stay again.

The gym was GREAT (They have a Peloton!!!) , Room was SPOTLESS, elevator was CLEAN & the breakfast was GREAT!

Super quiet (even with the close proximity to the airport), clean, and convenient. Everything in the room was in working order. This is a good bet for a restful night. Free breakfast.

Great hotel, well varied and stocked breakfast, comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need (the two Queen room feels a little cramped with furniture that I doubt a King room would, but it’s not the sort of area that you’d expect to spend all your time in the accommodations and a typical compromise for a family room!) Nice little pool (doubt you’ll be using it for fitness swimming - I think I crossed it in two strokes - but it’s super for the kids), with a tiny hot tub and also outdoor patio space, equally good small gym, free shuttle to and from the airport (if you’ve not got or are not activating an international mobile phone there are free phones in the arrivals hall to request the shuttle) and they’ll even take you to and from the Udvar-Hazy Center for free which is really helpful too - the place is well worth visiting. All in all, great stay and I’d certainly return.

They were amazing, so helpful and courteous! We got on the wrong shuttle and they made an extra trip to come get us where we were. The room was clean which is super important to me. I would definitely stay again!

Great experience here! Our flight was unexpectedly delayed and we quickly needed to find a place to stay for one night. Even though we didn’t get into the airport until midnight, the shuttle service to the hotel was available and promptly picked us up. Quick and easy check in/ check out, room was quiet and comfortable. Both ladies I met at the front desk (night shift and morning shift)were fantastic! So kind and helpful. They even made our day by supplying us with toothbrushes and toothpaste, which was far more than our airline was willing to do seeing as how we wouldn’t have access to our luggage during the 13 hour overnight layover. Free breakfast and coffee was the icing on the cake in the morning! A big thank you to this Hampton Inn staff who turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one for me and my family :)

Staff was friendly, shuttle was super convenient, breakfast was pretty decent, room was clean. I read a lot of reviews before reserving and I feel like those that complained about things not being clean etc. are Karen's. It's like $120.00 a night, it's not a new hotel but for it's age, it's clean. Kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub only holds like 2 people, 1 if you're 300 pounds. We had a good time!!

I have never stayed at a hotel that genuinely felt like home. This was all thanks to Heather. She really made me feel like I was her family and whether she knew it or not, it was a kindness and warmth I genuinely needed. She went above and beyond for me. I hope everyone gets to meet her and experience the warmth, love, and sunshine she brings to each day. I can’t wait to be back in the area so I can stay here again.

Had to book a room last minute on the app because my flight was canceled at Dulles. I called the front desk and had a van there within 15 minutes in the exact location they told me to be. Extremely accommodating. Great little snack choices in the lobby for last minute. I always try to book at Hampton Inn no matter where I am because I love their full buffet breakfasts. It’s soo easy and convenient. I had to stay an extra 2 days because my flight was canceled again and the front desk was soooo nice about everything and left me in the same room for the additional 2 nights without any issues. Clean room. Great beds and choice of 4 different pillows for comfort on each bed!

First-rate in all respects. I benefited from the sweet station, which kept me from needing to go out for food after my 9pm arrival. I was able to choose from a selection of beers and also to find a healthy dinner as well as a nourishing lunch to go, for the following day on the road.

This hotel thought of everything! Yes it is a bit older, but clean, comfortable bed, water bottles upon check in. Free airport shuttle. Free shuttle to restaurants/places within 3 miles of the hotel. Friendly staff. Free hot breakfast that starts at 6 AM. I took a 5 AM shuttle to the airport and there was a sack breakfast to take with me.
