I was assisted by Aliya she was so nice pleasant and was very well informed. She explained everything and went into details. She gave me options and allowed me to actually sit, feel, and touch the mattress. Because of her we just upgraded our bed mattress that also came with a free adjustable frame and delivery and setup was included. Check them out! She made our experience tremendous!

Let me start by saying..Fortune helped us so much on finding our perfect mattress for our budget! She had a answer and solution for every questions we had! I recommend you go there and ask for fortune for the best customer service! I can't wait to sleep on our new lovely bed!

I have needed a new mattress for sometime but didn't know where I wanted to go or what I was really looking for. Finally my Daughter said "Let's go" and she took me to Mattress Firm. I told the gentleman what I wanted in a new mattress and he showed me where such mattresses were. We tried several and then with his help we were able to test and understand the advantages for each mattress. Again with his help I was able to make my decision and purchase the mattress of my choice. I am anxious for it to arrive and to be able to sleep on it in my own home.

Stanley was extremely knowledgeable, not even slightly pushy, and I felt like I was talking to someone who wasn't going to blow smoke. The store and restrooms were very clean, everyone was attentive and friendly, and everything was explained and transparent.
