Love the kids free workshops they have one Saturday out of the month!

I wanted to give Larry in the plumbing department a huge kudos for assisting me with choosing the correct sink and garbage disposer. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered ALL my questions. Had to purchase items to make a storage loft for my garage. Since I don't have a reciprocating saw, the young man i. The lumber department, Kevin, said he would cut each piece for me.
It took a bit of time, but he was dedicated and even marked each piece so assembly would be easier at home.
I will return to this store, and highly recommend!

Has 3 gigantic washers for $12 holds about 9 loads. The lady on staff in the morning is very helpful and friendly. It’s always clean as well

My husband and I just left Lowe's (in Hampton, VA) and had the most amazing customer service experience we've had in a long time. We were in the appliance department to purchase a new washing machine. Graham was the Lowe's associate helping us. He was FANTASTIC! He answered all of our questions and gave us suggestions for different products based on our needs. Graham did not seem rushed and he even went the extra mile to try and find us a unit that was in stock.

It was refreshing to find that type of customer assistance. Thank you Graham.

In and out, store was very clean and the guys were helpful even late at night before close. The parking lot could be lit up a little better. It's hard to tell there open at night

I visited the Lowe's in Hampton today and it was routine. Nothing special except the cashier was really pretty and she was friendly.

Always clean and welcoming. Their lumber is on average a better quality compared to their competitors. On larger purchases I price them against their competitors and they come out a little higher which I attribute to the higher quality.

Purchased all new kitchen appliances and had the best customer service from Graham, he answered all of our questions and was very patient. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and felt very comfortable with our purchases. This Lowes has always been a good experience for me, thanks Graham you truly set the bar!

We purchased smart LG top loader and LG dryer same day with the help of Mr. Graham, Mr. Stoney, Mr. Brian and Mr Jake who moved a bunch of appliances around to accommodate our urgency of needing the products same day. THANK YOU from our hearts for your help and customer support. We pray:

Since we have installed the products, both are functioning properly and quietly. We paid for the Lowe’s warranty but are relieved LG offers the 10 year warranty for product as well.

Have been shopping around for new appliances for our kitchen since we are remodeling and was assisted by Graham in the appliance area. Graham was very helpful in answering our questions and showing us the best products and we were able to purchase our 3 piece kitchen appliance combo without the headache this type of shopping causes customers. I’d definitely will be looking for Graham in the future if we need other appliances.

Went in looking for a dryer and found one in the scratch and dent area half off the price of the new one on the floor! Graham the sales associate was fantastic! He’s very knowledgeable I would highly recommend asking for Graham for appliances from the Lowe’s in Hampton!
