Transparent moment!! Although my experience started off rocky, manager Angie took care of my situation promptly and professionally. She regained my trust and confidence in the company and that one bad apple doesn’t spoil the bunch. Happy customer again!!

I had such a good experience with them. The customer service was impeccable. They were so nice. The assistant manager was very helpful, along with the 2 young men that were there. It is the best service I have had in quiet awhile. It was very enjoyable. I had my purchase scheduled for delivery, but had to change and they fit me in. I am having a knee replacement, they made sure I had got my purchase. Thank you for the great service.

We are a military family and just moved into a house in the area. Our furniture/furnishings were delayed and we literally had nothing to sit on. We called and spoke with Angie at RAC and within a couple of hours we had furniture in the house. We were just going to rent for a month but liked what she sent so much we just purchased the items outright. I can't thank Angie enough for the help and urgency she showed in getting us fixed up. It was so worth calling RAC.

My interaction with Joseph at Rent-A-Center at the Hampton location in Langley Square Shopping Center is definitely one I will always remember.
He was very professional, super courteous and helpful to all who were waiting to be served.. I really would like to know who taught him customer satisfaction for customers because this behavior should be replicated throughout the entire company.

I decide to continue using RAC because he is always so helpful and knowledgeable.

Thank you to Rent-A-Center.... I've heard lots of people who don't honor their agreements complain about their service and professionalism at that location, but I am certain that if people comply with their agreements, their experience will be equally as great as mine have been.

I have been dealing with this wonderful place for over a year and the are exceptional. I love their staff and are always helpful and flexible with my needs and wants. Thank you to all the staff that are forever making it quick and easy to get furniture. I was in such a bind when I moved here from south Dakota and was impressed with how easy everything was. Rude. I tried explaining to them my situation and when i would be able to pay, lady got snarky and gave me an attitude. Its all about money to them.

I've had nothing but a good experience with them I dont know what everyone else is talking about maybe they didnt pay them I dont know I pay on time every time an have never once had a problem
