I have a krogers closer to my home but make the trip to hampton pharmacy due to the great service, warm friendly always taking time to help with questions.

So far, my experience has been very good. I used to buy my meds from CVS. CVS was always an issue, never had the pricing right and they were slow as growing grass. At Kroger my very first purchase (5 RXs) went very well, the staff was very helpful and courteous even with their lack of staffing. They need at least 2 more workers there. But I did get my meds timely and properly filled and priced, they did exactly what I asked. I use the Single Care app and they gladly honored it. Their hours are short, but they did a great job! I hope it continues to be this good. CVS was terrible. Keep up the good work!

Had to get my dog’s prescription filled and tried other pharmacies to no avail. Came to Kroger and was greeted by Andretti. He was very helpful and informative and went out of his way to call my vet as there was a problem with the prescription. Got it fixed and was told it would take 30 mins. Came back and it was ready.

Staff is wonderful under the circumstances. My medicine takes a while to be filled which is very frustrating but if the company would staff them correctly, there would be less of an issue. I want to stay at this pharmacy but if they do not get more staff, I will have to leave. When I come in the line is down to the customer service desk with only ONE technician who looks like they have been run ragged working the line! Other times I call and get put on hold for what seems like forever only to be sent to voicemail. Wish someone could fix this place for the patients and especially the techs and pharmacists who seem like they have had enough.
