Cafe Noir

Super nice staff. I’ve left my bag at the cafe and it was 22:50. I called the cafe and the staff waited me at the door till 23:15 till I can drive back to take my bag. Very impressive!! Plus the green tea shaved ice here is super good. The ice is soft with rich of green tea taste. I’m highly recommend this place to have coffee and dessert after a dinner nearby.

I went here several times and yesterday, other days were so quit, chill, peaceful but yesterday, there were some old-women they brought out side food and eating it. The cafe staff tried to make them stop eat it but they yelled to the employee it was so noisy and aggressive. That cafe’s employee were so nice when you respect them.
However, I love their Honey bread ,Shaved ice, Sandwiches and London fog!

They have a S.Korean dessert BingSu. Ice cream, sometimes written as bingsoo,is a milk-based Korean shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings that may include chopped fruit, condensed milk, fruit syrup, and red beans. So yummy and delicious. Summer time is the best for eating this. Crews are working hard and kind. 1 bingsu is $18

There is nothing one can say bad about a cafe. Anybody who goes to a cafe know what to expect and are really respectful of each other's space. The staff greet you with a smile and are eager to answer any questions you may have. My wife says they served the best white mocha frap and my party was extremely satisfied with what they ordered. I got the fruit shaved ice and mannnnnnnn....what do they say in Hawaii? Broke Da Mouf!!!!

Absolutely delicious waffle at this establishment. It is the best waffle I have ever had in my life. The interior is very nice. Perfect studying environment.

Very good place as a alternative for Starbucks. Especially if you want to stay until midnight. Have tried their grapefruit tea. That’s the best tea I have ever tried. Hard to make it at home.

We always love the bingsoo shaved ice desserts!
It is larger portion than other bingsoo places that you need more people to eat, it is that delicious and filling
They got a variety of flavors and cute mochi balls that are bite size friendly with that good chew
We tried all flavors over time and our favorites are injeolmi, ube, oreo, and matcha
They actually integrate the flavor into the shaved ice instead of being in layers

Had their fruit smoothie and it was the next best thing, wish I had known about this place sooner, nice spot to grab something sweet late night and relax, very chill vibe, good sweets and shaved ice

Need a good spot to meet some people while having a decent cup of coffee and some great desserts? Noir is your spot. They have the snow shaved ice which is perfect for a summer day. If you have a larger group, they have a private room in the back that you can use.

Luv this place... my daughter told me about it. They have a meeting room, bathrooms, free parking, table games, tv, free Wifi and fire place. you must come sometime. Very accommodating

I love this area for all the amazing food options and I’ve just added the shave ice to that list. Get in here now for this shave ice with fruit! Yum!!!!

Cool coffee shop, latte was perfect with a cute panda on it. :) priced same thing as Starbucks but it's different so it's okay I guess...

Had a great time here chatting with a friend. Desserts were amazing. Atmosphere was cozy. Shout-out to the employees working Wednesday night, May 10th. Y'all are lovely and made our night. Please be nice to the employees!

I go to the this place nearly every time I'm up in WA and it's always damn good. The food, beverages, and desserts are sooo good.

I usually find Earl Greys taste bad but the employee named Rae makes the best Earl Grey teas I've ever had

While the signs about required minimum spend are a little intimidating, it's actually easy to hit the spending threshold. Would recommend for bingsu in the Federal Way area, two friends and I split one and that was plenty.

I got recommended this place from a Korean friend. Their shaved ice is massive and so good! Very similar to what I had in Korea!

Red beans taste fresh and made in-house, waffles were super crispy, overall tasty.

One of the best places to get Korean shaved ice in Federal Way. Also had a good selection of other items.

Had the green tea bing sui. It is not too sweet, a great palate cleanser after a fatty meal like Korean barbeque. This is a great desert if you like matcha (green tea).
