Super nice,even though they were short staffed made my Frappuccino perfectly and my sandwich was hot!! I've been going to Starbucks for years and I haven't had a better Frappuccino or hot sandwich! Will be back!

Very busy place! My coffee comes out perfect every time. But most of all, the workers are so incredibly nice.

Very nice staff and very fast service!
I was there around 10:30am so it wasn't very crowded.
I love the try new things and they always giving me the best recommendations!

Excellent Starbucks location. The drive-thru is very convenient and it moves efficiently. The staff has been very friendly and made the drinks I have ordered correctly.

This store is unionized! Which means it's the only one I go to around here. The Partners are always friendly and I never fail to receive a genuine connection in the drive-thru. Drinks always made to standard and with all requested modifications. Food is always neat inside the bag.

Great coffee shop, usually next to the 99 restaurant when it was closed, right near I-290, and not that far from the train station.

Had such a great experience at this Starbucks! Krystal, especially, was very welcoming and sweet when she took my order; I can tell she cares about her customers. It was a pretty busy morning, and I appreciated her swiftness and efficiency when greeting me and handling my order. First time at this Starbucks, and won't be my last.

I am giving the East Central Street branch a 5 star review for the service that we received from the woman doing the drive up. By far the nicest person you'd ever want to talk to. She deserves a mega raise, as do all the people who work hard with a personality and a heart made of gold.

This location has definitely fixed their staffing issues! Loved it. Krystal was helpful, kind, and really cared about me and making sure I got everything I wanted fast.
I was very very happy with this location and it was my first time here. All of the staff were great, and I couldn’t be more pleased than this. I’m giving five stars because they deserve it. It’s just wonderful to get treated with respect and kindness.

i forgot to specify what kinda milk i wanted in my online order, this past saturday which was an extremely busy morning. and the worker (im so sorry i can’t remember her name but she was really pretty and had falsies on and her hair was in a ponytail) honored my change which i really appreciated !!! thank u sm :))

Sooo obviously I LOVE Starbucks and usually have a good experience but I feel compelled to comment on an experience I had with the Manager Noah a few days ago.
He was so beyond polite, respectful and helped me with a complicated order I was placing for a bunch of people. The other staff member seemed confused and he jumped right in and supported and was an absolute professional. He really knew his stuff and one order was “incomplete” so he advised me on what he thought would be the best way to go and the girl ended up liking his suggestion better than her original order!!
Good people are hard to come by so this guy deserves recognition and a raise or I will be trying to steal him to come work for me!

I’m so happy to have a Starbucks drive through so centrally located! The drive through crew are the best, fast, friendly, and precise! Don’t miss the rubber duckies!

Central Street is always busy but they always get the order right. I had a unusual treat for myself. It was the caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and it was absolutely delicious. And it had extra caramel added to it and it was worth every cent and every calorie.

This Starbucks is wonderful. The coffee is always made right. There lattes are wonderful. All the staff members are friendly are kind, they are very informed about their products. Its always quick and easy when I go to this location they also have a drive threw that makes thing even quicker. The location is right off the highway with easy access to the on ramp to get back on the highway

I have been coming to this Starbucks location for years. The staff are always helpful and friendly, a lot of times when I arrive they are out of stock on parts of my orders, inconvenient not a big deal. During this past week I’ve had multiple issues with my bank and card and when I once again had issues at the worst time, instead of staring at me with a dirty look like what had happened at the market during the week they were kind and understanding and were able to comp my drink for me instead of showing rudeness and frustration during a moment of slight inconvienience on their account and humiliation on mine. I decided to finally write a review for this place. Thanks for always being the best at making my coffees!

I come here for 1-2 hours 3 days a week. Clover is super nice. Everyone is nice but I only am familiar with him. He remembered my name after one visit and made sure I was getting what I wanted. I understand working with the public can be tiring and annoying but he made me feel welcome.

The East Central St Starbucks (Worcester) made my drinks hot instead of iced - I said I’d take them anyway, I’m not too picky when it comes to coffee. Not only did Andrew, Marco, & Alaina insist on gifting me the original drinks, and remaking my drinks iced, they gave my dog additional puppachinos during the short wait. Needless to say we’ll be back- exceptional drinks, exceptional service.

Straight up, this location ROCKS. I’ve been to a billion Starbucks locations, and this one is definitely among the best. The staff are super polite, genuine, and bend over backwards to make you feel welcome. Cheers from Corvallis, Oregon.
