Nice relaxed vibe. The owner, Julia, is very welcoming and friendly. I had the hot latte with oat milk, which was real good. They have a pretty ample pastry menu. Definitely coming back, can’t wait to try more of their menu.

They aren't too many good places coffee places in worcester open till 8pm. So while on the lookout, I came across inhouse coffee. This place serves great coffee. We have been going their every week. They have some really good options to flavour your coffee. They also seem to have a great variety of teas. I am always on the lookout for good bagels and this place has some really good and fresh ones. They also have other baked goods and desserts to offer. The cannolis look delicious, haven't tried them though. The best part is the lady at the counter. She always greets you with a big smile and just makes your day better with that delicious coffee she makes. This place should be on your list if not yet.

Not sure which employees were working, but every single customer was greeted with a smile and asked about how their Holiday was. Repeat customers started smiling as they walk in the door. 10/10 amazing customer service the day after Christmas!

Such a heartwarming place for this Christmas season. Great place to get some work done!! The music and lights are just perfect! Also their Tiramisu Ice coffee is pretty good, if you enjoy Tiramisu cake, you'll definitely enjoy this coffee. It has a great aftertaste and smells just as great even afterward. Definitely give this place and this coffee a try!!

First time here today and I'll definitely be back. They have a ton of options for coffee and tea and the atmosphere seems really chill. I got take out because I had my pup in the car but I would've stayed otherwise. I noticed as I was leaving they do have outdoor seating as well so maybe next time I'll do that so she can hang with me.

I got the chicken salad on a plain bagel. It was probably one of the best chicken salads I've had. I can't comment on the coffee as I don't drink it, but I did get an iced tea with mango and it was very good and refreshing, not too sweet, which sometimes happens with flavor shots. The chocolate chip cookie was also fantastic. Overall great first experience!

Best coffee spot in the area. For a shop that doesn’t roast their own beans, they have a very nice selection of flavors and varieties. The nitro cold brew is black gold . Velvety…. delicious….. savagely caffeinated. If you value quality over cost, this is your spot. I have been going here for quite a while and loved going in the morning before starting my shift on the ambulance. The staff is great.

Clean with plenty of parking this coffee house hits the spot. Even in the mid to late afternoon the bagels are still fresh. My bacon egg and cheese sandwich had plenty of bacon and the cheese was melted perfectly. I think their standard ice coffee is a dark roast. They also sell pastries, desserts, and a variety of flavored and unflavored bags of coffee. The next time you’re on Shrewsbury Street give this place a shot!

Service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pasteries are all made of. Site and the ones I had were excellent. I highly recommend the raspberry twist or the raspberry filled cookie. 😋. My americano was good. The rest of my group all said their coffees were good also. Lots of comfortable seating.

I love myself a good ole locally owned and run coffee shop. I'd never been *here* before but I promise to return whenever I'm in the area. Had myself their little "egg bowl" with kale, spinach, tomatoes, cheese (hold the cheese), and add bacon. It. Was. So. Good!!! But....more importantly, the service was amazing. Just outstanding. I was also very very impressed with the fact that if you pay w a card, they don't spin the screen for a "tip" option. I will always tip, and the better the service I receive, the better I tip. We paid with a card and tipped in cash, AMAZING food (that egg bowl!!! sooooo good), great coffee and OUTSTANDING service!

Fantastic. Honestly couldn't ask for better service. The lady who ran the shop was very warm and accommodating. I was looking for a place to study but I will definitely be back in the future just for the very reasonably priced coffee and baked goods. Glad I didn't go to Dunkin.

Really cute shop, can’t believe I have not came in sooner. Staff were quick and friendly to everyone. I had 3 people offer me help making sure I was taken care of. Woman asked questions about how I wanted my sandwich, nobody has ever taken time to do that! Great menu, easy to read. Also, first place I’ve had a place just do an egg white sandwich! Will be back!

This has become my go-to cafe. They have excellent breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and great drinks. I recommend the iced green tea with cucumber flavor! So refreshing, I won't go back to dunkins anymore because of this spot. The staff is super kind too, they're always so sweet and friendly to me! Don't be deterred by the long lines because they move super fast. There's a reason why it's often very busy, the coffee and service is fabulous!
