Downtown Barber Shop

My father came in earlier this week and said the old owner was gone and a new barber took over. He was pleased with his haircut so I decided to give it a try. Hamid gave me an EXCELLENT haircut. He was professional and thorough. And can’t believe the price. Will definitely be a regular customer.

I usually don't go to barber shops, so I felt a little bit nervous about how my hair would turn out. However, Ahmad was incredibly polite and kind, and, in the end, my haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely recommend Downtown Barber Shop to others!

Similar to Patrick C. below, I was also shocked to see that Rich had sold the shop. Had been going to Rich for a couple years and was sad to hear the news. The new owner/barber did an excellent job cutting my hair, so I will definitely be back! I'm very grateful to have a talented barber nearby!

Booked an appointment for my 1.5 year olds first hair cut. Ahmad was so incredibly kind and patient. My son was very nervous and cried at the beginning since it was his first time with buzzers near his head. Ahmad made sure he felt comfortable and was so gentle while cutting his hair. His hair looks great now, and we will for sure be going back.

I was surprised to find new owners upon arriving for my appointment and wasn't sure what to expect. However, there was no need for concern. The prices are still great, and the haircut was even better than before. While it's sad to see the old owner leave, he left it in great hands, the new management seems to be off to a great start. Recommended, and I'll definitely return.

Also sad to hear Rich left, but not after my first haircut with the new Barber. Clean, meticulous and careful- this is how a barbershop haircut should be. Outstanding.

New owner is a great barber - attention to detail is amazing.

Rich is amazing! My husband and son (19mo) went in for the Father/son hair cut combo. Upon entering Rich was super friendly. The overall feel of the shop is unique; a combination of antique items like the 1930s style register and modern entertainment posters like The Office. My son is under 2 and this was his first haircut. Rich was prepared with a comfey booster and made sure he was comfortable before starting. As for my husband, he has course, thick hair and Rich handles it without trouble. I would totally recommend him to anyone! Love this barber shop!

Been going to Rich for a couple of years. Not only do I get a perfect haircut every time but it's also an easy no hassle experience. Was always hoping to find a barber shop like this and Rich has created it. Nice work. Thanks Rich.

Rich and Adam are the best. I finally found not only one but two great Barbers in the same shop. This shop will bring you back to the good old days. Sit back and enjoy not only a great haircut, but back to the future. I have no problem traveling the eight miles it takes to get here. Thanks Guys for the great haircuts.

Love this place, although I don't go here for cuts, but for the skateboards. I love that the price for everything is constant, and that you can ask them to order something if you don't see it there. Thanks Rich

Great barber shop.
I've had my hair cut [actually, I had them all cut] in numerous places.... from salons to places like this. Salons don't do my hair properly and they cost twice as much [and you need an appointment - I don't do appointments for hair cuts]. At barber shops, many of them are Johnny One notes. They get in a rut and cut everyone's' hair the same. So you have to find a good one. Here, they actually listen to what you want and do a good job at a good price. I've have several barbers here and all did a great job. It's my regular barber shop now.

I go to this shop regularly for a great haircut. The barbers, Adam and Rich, know what they are doing. They give a great shave too. The conversation is good and I never leave disappointed. I've been to the barbershops around the area and will continue to go here.

Great local barber! I'm new to the area, and so happy I found this place. I have slicked back hair.A lot of barbers do a terrible job at trimming the top correctly & blending in the sides. The owner cut my hair evenly and trimed it beautifully. Def. my go to place.

Parking was confusing at first because the shop is off a main road near weird intersections. But there is plenty of parking behind the actual building oce you spot it.

I have been going to see Rich for years and have always loved his professionalism and kindness! I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a great haircut and a reasonable price.

Great old school atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and the haircut includes a neck shave with old school razor. Prices are reasonable.

Rich is great. Easy to talk to, does an efficient cut, and just a really nice guy.

And he now has skate stuff!

Rich was great! I got a nice haircut and he had some really helpful input as to how to style and even how to cut it.
