Reputable hospital with good environment (it has trees and waterfall inside). My wife gave birth of my son prematurely here with very well experience. Both her and my son were in great care. OGBYN and center for women and infants has great and professional doctors and nurses.

I want to express my gratitude to God for allowing me to give birth at Saint Vincent Delivery Room. My experience is totally beautiful here, all the people involved were really kind and very professional, I especially want to thank Lynne who was the Midwife who attended my birth, her kindness, experience and technique made everything much easier and more comfortable for me, my baby and my family, to Laura, to Ashley, the nurses who were with me at all times, to the postpartum care staff, thank you very much. to Kelly Paxtor who monitored my entire pregnancy at the Reliant clinic in Saint Vincent. Thank you very much for all the care during the 39 weeks of gestation. Excellent team! I truly recommend Reliant and Saint Vincent for your pregnancy and labor care.

Ive spent some time at Saint Vincent. And it was truly a great experience. From speaking with the psychiatrist Olga who was kind and understanding in the psych ward decision to the great humour of Lou on staff at the ward also strong positive aura that social worker Jim Hixon. These members were part of a star team with the lovely Ann my nurse that was super nice and polite and worked hard to make things happen. and Maryanne the lovely 🌹 mother that had stories that calm the most turbulence of mindset to ease that love is in this world as she expressed her lovely descisions for people they loved. From Olga to Maryanne the psych ward was welcoming and soothing. My mind is always going to messed up cuz I'm psychophernic I accept that. But these angelic members of Saint Vincent and other lovely members of this team that did tremendous. I fixed my meds got back on and at the same time quit cigarettes thanks so much. God bless

I had an impromptu visit to the ER earlier today when I was having some pretty bad chest pain and nausea on a long car ride. My husband and I were passing through coming from NJ and heading for vacation in Portland, Maine. I can't say enough about the staff! Every person I came in contact with from the security, front desk, nurses, xray technician and doctor all were so friendly and helpful! You all made my visit so much smoother and less stressful since I was having some pretty scary symptoms so far away from home. So glad I was able to be discharged with not so scary news. Thank you all so much!

We had a fantastic experience at Saint Vincent's Hospital a few weeks ago for the birth of our child. From the moment we were admitted right up until we took our little one home, we felt so well cared for. The nurses and staff in both the Labor and Delivery and Maternity units were exceptional. They were kind, attentive, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. As first time parents we had a plethora of questions, and no question went unanswered. They were extremely patient and took the extra time to explain things in great detail and to share their own valuable insights and experiences as parents. We had interactions with so many different people during our multi-day stay, and the whole time the staff was well organized and cohesive. Nothing slipped through the cracks! They made what could have been a very nerve wracking experience so much easier. We would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful facility to anyone. You are in good hands at St. V's!

I recently had some major surgery that involved an overnight stay at St. Vincent's. I was very pleased with the outcome and attribute it to the state of the art technology used, great Dr., and all the people who took very good care of me every step of the way. Everyone I interacted with at St. V's was so nice, caring, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go to St. V's again.

I recently had a prostatectomy at St. Vincent Hospital. This procedure usually requires a one or two day stay at the hospital. My procedure was more complicated and required a total of six days of hospitalization. I am finding it hard to put into words the gratitude I feel when I think about all the emotional support that I received from nurses on the 3rd floor on the south side on Summer Street. They were compassionate, professional, and providing me with exceptional care. They made me feel like I was home and not in the hospital for six days. As a matter of fact I slept better at the hospital than I do at home! I had extreme abdominal pain which one of the night nurses went out of her way to insist I have an x-ray which revealed I had an ileus. She even called from home after her shift regarding my status. Nothing comes close to the healing powers of a nurse who truly cares. I owe my recovery to you. Thanks for everything.

This review applies specifically to the Center for Women and Infants. We had a rather challenging induction process but the countless nurses and midwives who cared for us throughout the time in labor and delivery were nothing short of incredible. They demonstrated patience, understanding, and genuine care for me and my baby and made sure I was informed every step of the way. The postpartum nurses who cared for us were attentive and kind and allowed us to ask questions and learn how to become parents as independently as we wished. There is no doubt that the staff in CWI are an incredible group without who my birth experience may not have been the success it was. THANK YOU!

On March 1, 2023 Dr. Chintan Patel performed surgery on me at St. Vincent Hospital. Dr. Patel and the Urology team there are the best. Julie Sinclair was the Physician’s Assistant who provided the aftercare following my surgery. She was very personable and was very responsive to any questions and concerns my wife and I had following my surgery, and she showed a genuine concern for my recovery. There was a nurse by the name of Kayla Rameau who went above and beyond her call old duty as well. There was also a PCA named Dawn who checked on me frequently and was quick to respond to my needs. This team was awesome and I hope they are recognized for their exceptional care.

Staff in the ER are wonderful! From registration to nursing to the physicians. I couldn’t have asked to be treated any more kindly or professionally. I give them all an amazing amount of credit. Unbeknownst to the average person they are not only juggling the patients in the waiting room but those being brought in via ambulance with far greater life threatening emergencies. Their capability to multi task and handle everything is astonishing. Keep up the great work all of you in the emergency department - your efforts and kindness do not go unnoticed! A special thank you to Dr. Tyler Beals don’t ever lose the GOD given gift of a truly attentive and kind bedside manner - you are without a doubt performing your calling in life!

Why 5 stars you say???
Try doing their job in a sanctuary city day in and day out dealing with the same people abusing the system TRYING to assist those in need. The average person wouldn’t last one week. Good people placed in an endless sea of abuse and neglect. You have other hospitals you can go to but place the blame where it belongs not on an over worked staff of professionals. God Bless you all Merry Christmas 🎁🎄

I had Dr. Stoker at St. V's for laparoscopic gallbladder surgery in March, 2016. My 1st surgery at age 67. The hospital staff was caring and helpful. I had surgery with no pain meds, my choice, also had 3 types of anti-nausea meds. They worked like a charm, I awoke feeling very well with only mild soreness. I wasn't rushed at all to go home, when I felt ready, they and my husband helped me dress. Surgery was at 2:30, I was in my bed at home at 6:00. Never had pain from surgery, only mild soreness. He must of released 99% of the gas from me because I had a slight ache in my shoulder for a couple hrs. Surgery and recovery went very well. Excellent surgeon!!!! Excellent hospital!!!! Highly recommend

I can't say enough good things about this hospital. I had great triage care and excellent care when I was admitted for an overnight stay. All the doctors and nurses were very attentive to my concerns and made sure I had a comfortable stay. During discharge, all the doctors explained "Dr speak" in great detail. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

I brought my husband into the ER on July 19th. He had a heart attack, and was unconscious with no pulse when I got him there in my car.

The staff there worked tirelessly on him for 35 minutes. They came to me in the family waiting room, to see if I wanted to be in the room with them while they continued to try to save his life. They were unable to save him. The staff was incredibly supportive of me, and them our kids when they arrived.

They put my husband in a private room down the hall, and allowed us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They even ordered a tray of coffee drinks & snacks for all of us while we were there.

The staff's kindness and professionalism was most appreciated on the worst day of our lived.

On Wednesday 2/3/21 I had a day surgery at St. V's. Everything went so well and I had two of the nicest nurses I have ever encountered. They treated me just as good as my own mother would and I didn't have to wait for one thing! Thank you so much Lou Ann and Beth K. I hope someone can show them this review because they were angels to me!
