Panera Bread

I really enjoyed the buy 2 meal with turkey chili and chicken melt on sourdough bread. Ordering was easy (with a person because I don't have the app), and the food came out quickly. The place wasn't busy around 5:15, and the fireplace was cozy! The 2 other folks I was with and I all enjoyed our experience here!

Oh, I love this place. Concept of having great soup and sandwich for lunch is amazing, especially under $7. Staff was amazing. They seemed to be very happy on their workplace and to care for each other. Very professional service too. Happy to go there often. 5 stars for each section- food, service and atmosphere.

Great location all the people working here are grinding. I got the pleasure of meeting Hammad from the back and he was super friendly and Destiny was absolutely working so hard. I also met Danny the manager who was working side by side with everyone. The place is super clean and I Love IT

Close to ODU so it makes a nice place to grab a bite to eat before class or to do a little work. Food is always good here, as with other locations in the area.

Couldn't get the app to act right on a promotion, but management stepped in to help. I appreciated that greatly. Not sure if I like the changes to the Apple Fuji salad

The team here is seriously the best! I had a tiny problem with a delivery order and they went above and beyond to fix it. They were so kind and generous. <3

Service was cheerful, food (soup & 1/2 a sandwich + piece of baguette) delish and affordable, comfy and not noisy. BEST: could stay as long as we liked.

Always a great experience. Not sure if he’s a manager, but there’s a gentleman here who is always positive, friendly with staff and customers, and an encouraging team leader. Keep him around!

Turkey Chilli is always good. 👌 service is always good 👍. I always grab my food to go, however I know there is free wifi.

I have the flu and was dying for a healthy, well balanced meal to soothe me. I had to pick up meds at Rite Aid so decided Panera was the perfect spot. I had a delicious cup of Creamy chicken and wild rice soup, a juicy Chicken Bravo sandwich and amazing Green Goddess Cobb Salad! These are my favorites at Panera besides their amazing Autumn Squash soup which unfortunately is out of season 😓😪
I forgot to take photos of the soup and sandwich but I did get the salad. My whole meal was to go and it was excellent as always!
The employees are friendly and helpful and the food is always on point! Enjoy!

Hands down the absolute best Panera I have ever been to. The food was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly! Especially the man that was working the floor and the registers around 10:45.

My mom and I visited this location for the first time today. It wasn't busy at all. I went to the kiosk to order the food /drinks and our order was ready within a few minutes. We ordered the two entrees with a side. My mom stated that the half turkey sandwich that she had was a little dry and she have ordered a soup with it. I ordered the half Mediterranean veggie sandwich and it hit the spot.

Maleik Mendoza is the best manager I have observed in my many years of eating at Panera. When I walked in today, he was alone on the front line, in the middle of handling a crisis for a customer and doing it with a smile. Yet, he noticed when I walked in, acknowledged my presence with a greeting and that he would be right with me. No problem! He continued to work with the customer, handle the phone, and the following customers who walked in behind me. When he got to me, he helped me order "something good with 2 shots but sweet". I'm sure that vague request was the last thing he needed, but he helped me think! What he didn't know is I had driven up from Charlotte yesterday evening, had been up all night handling a situation, had business in Norfolk and Newport News, and had to drive back to Charlotte this afternoon. I am so appreciative of this experience today! I come here at least once a month, and he is always the same. He works! I would think morale is very high at this store based on my 30 years if customer service experience, and the Panera corporation should model all its managers after Maleik.

Ian was absolutely wonderful!! He greeted me as soon as I walked in and was so knowledgeable on the menu. He gave me his recommendations based off of what I was in the mood for and was even sure to greet other guests while helping me. He is what customer service should be!

I have been here many times. And is my favorite PANERA. better than NJ , VA BEACH, MILITARY HWY. IS THE BEST . BUT I WANT TO MAKE SURE I TALK ABOUT ONE SPECIAL EMPLOY NAME IAN..SUPER SERVICE, IAN and also all managers here are do friendly and go above and beyond. Thank you. Best service. Best quality. I have recently taken a big liking to this establishment since they have offered this green goddess sandwich. I went in and saw they were sadly out of stock. I jokingly went up to the manager and said my heart was broke about the green goddess sandwich out of stock. He said he will work his magic with what he has in the back. My day was made. Panera is #1

Ordering was quick. Food came pretty quickly and was great. The manager was active and friendly. The place was really clean and the bathroom smelled fresh. Great overall.
