Harris Teeter Pharmacy

By far the best experience I have EVER had in my life going to a pharmacy. Kaiseem was so nice. Last time I transferred my pharmacy from Walgreens, the pharmacist at Harris Teeter was so nice. It feels like a mom and pop store. I felt like they cared about me in the simplicity of every inconvenience, every transaction. I am happy that they seem a little less stressed and a little more happy than your average CVS or Walgreens employee. Love my Harris Teeter pharmacist and pharmacy technicians.

Good experience, went out of their way to straighten out an issue with my prescription. Good service

I walked up to the pharmacy at 2pm on the dot and Henrietta was finishing up a customer infront of me and as soon as I got to the counter she put the sign out and said they will be back at 2:30 and closed the gate. There was no one behind me it was empty on the top floor. I understand employees need a lunch break but the person bringing her lunch was right behind me with her sandwich and chips. I don’t care if she had to open her chips and eat while she typed, it would not have taken her all but a few seconds to type in and hand me my child’s prescription that I just received a message saying it was ready. She showed no remorse or care at all. And then didn’t even open back up on time.

Dont ever trust them to keep any additional paper prescriptions that they " will put on your profile". They won't! Not once but twice, they have lost my extra prescriptions. My personal information are on those paper prescriptions!

This place never have medications in stock they misinformed me that my medicine would be ready on the same day it was called in and it wasn't .I had to spend my whole weekend without my medicine .what a inconvenience and was very sick due to this.
