I visited Swift Creek ER for the first time today for a sprained foot. Everyone was very nice and I was seen immediately. Oftentimes, ER's are chaotic. Not so here! Well organized and I was checked-in by an RN. Super smooth. The waiting room has calming colors with comfortable seating. The individual rooms are large and very comfortable. Everything was super clean and neat. I didn't have to leave the room for x-rays! The surrounding brick building is well manicured. I'm glad that there is a convenient hospital-ER so close by. They have physicians, RN's and PA's that offer a range of emergency services including cardiology. Located on 14800 Hull St Rd in the Hancock Village Shopping Center in Midlothian.

Had an absolutely lovely experience here. Had to bring my very scared 6 year old in after she fell out of a tree and they brought her right back to a room. The staff was very caring and sweet and made her feel comfortable, even through her stitches. Highly recommend!

No one wants to go to the ER, especially on New Year’s Day. Our 6 year old had another plan. This was our first time going to Swift Creek ER which is about an hour away from where we live. Unfortunately for us, our local ER has egregiously long wait times and our urgent care facilities are open only when convenient for them. Swift Creek was very friendly and efficient. We waited about 5 minutes. The whole ER visit was only 45 minutes including X-rays. Kiosk check-in and out was great. We will definitely be making the drive to Swift Creek in our next emergency.

Went in to get my child checked out for difficulty breathing, which I believed was possible Asthma attack. The staff were all great, very pleasant and helpful. They did x rays and provided medicine, which helped immediately! Thank you all so much for all your help!

I went here for a head injury, the medical staff from the nurses - practitioners - doctors - radiologists took care of me with ease. They were able to find a fracture and get me the proper treatment quickly and thoroughly with a specialist follow up. The CT imaging technology seemed a bit more advanced and efficient than what I’ve seen in the past. Highly recommend for emergency room care.

I was suffering from low pulse and went to Swift Creek ER on my doctors recommendation. They were able to take us right in and process us very quickly. My wife accompanied me and she was able to stay with me throughout the 3 hours that I was there. The results were reasonable with a recommendation to check in with my primary care doc soon. All the personnel were very kind and as gentle as one can be when they're sticking you with needles. They were very accommodating and I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is in need of them.

Probably the fastest moving ER I experienced. But the staff still provided sufficient patient care. It was also somewhat affordable compared to other locations I've gone to (but ER prices are always steep, sadly) and the bills came in a reasonable amount of time so I wasn't fretting over the cost for months on end.
My only complaint is their teleregistry system for taking your information is not great. Luckily, I was in for multiple visits and could fix information that was not entered correctly the first time but for someone who didn't have to repeat visits I could see this causing issues.
Aside from that, if you want an ER that moves smoothly to get you in and out the door, I highly recommend this location.

Great emergency room. Kind knowledgeable staff, Always takes good care of us. The last time I went (for myself) I had to sit on a bed in the hallway which was not ideal. I am guessing all the rooms were filled. Hard to rest when you are feeling terrible and on top of that everyone can see you and keeps walking by you. Other than that, I highly recommend. It’s best to pay before you leave as billing that comes in the mail is so complicated.

All Doctor & Nurses and others wore great. I felt safe and special. Everything was explained so I could understand. Iwas so impressed I was taken there a second time. I have f favor to ask, did any one find a ring in room 4. I was asked to remove my jewelry. I started to remove my rings and told they were not necessary. So I may have pushed an it fell off. I have checked at home hut no luck so I am retracing my tracks. i know no one at Swift CREEK took it, I am 74 yrs old and do dumb things. thank you for taking the time to read this . If I find the ring I will let you know.

The staff at Swift Creek did a great job. I was there a while but they came in and checked on me and let me know what was going on and the tests we were waiting on.
I was in Chesterfield when I got sick and I live in SC. I was not only sick but also away from home. It made for a scary experience. Once I got there and got settled in a room I felt like I was in good hands. They have called and checked on me twice now. I do appreciate their kindness and their professionalism.

From check in to being discharged, I can’t say enough nice things. Everyone was so attentive and helpful, told me what they were doing and the PA even took the time to call my daughter to fill her in on my status! Excellent service and the PA even followed up with me the next day!

It was a great experience. Most ER have you waiting forever. Swift Creek was organized and used their resources to get me in and out. The nurse at the desk took my history, information, and my vital signs. Which save a lot of time for the staff. Everyone was polite and professional. Great experience. Will recommend them facility to anyone.
Thank you for you prompt and professional service!!!

My first trip to Swift Creek. I just KNEW , because of my web searching, that I had a clot and was in dyer danger of heart attack:
SC from the word GO we’re so personable, so informative, so very talented!!! Kudos and major thank you!! No they were NOT CATERING to my insurance card! I don’t have any. They cared for ME! Turns out my “traveling clot” was my first flare up of arthritis in my knee and foot!!
I never considered that!! My labs are all great! Highly recommend SC-ER!!!

I had a great experience a Swift Creek ER. I know they are usually stacked up but when I arrived it was fairly quiet. They got me right in and checked me out thoroughly!
I ended up having Gerd and Gastritis.
All the nurses and doctor were fantastic! Especially Maria and Jessica!

I was very impressed by my experience as a patient at the Swift Creek ER. Everyone I interacted with from the triage nurse all the way to the provider was kind and efficient. Gregory Sandine was incredibly thorough, had excellent bedside manner, and made me feel so much less anxious about what was going on with my health that day. He took his time to ruling things out and answering all of my questions. Thank you!!!

I recently had a horse riding accident and I was rushed to the ER to get scans done. The EMT's during the ride to the hospital were so nice to me. They even made me laugh a few times, despite the pain I was having. The nurses put me in a special room with a comfortable bed and I honestly felt so taken care of. Every single nurse that came into my room was an absolute delight! They even walked me through everything they were about to do, which calmed a lot of my nerves. Keep it up guys!!

Took my 90 yo MIL to Swift Creek ER after a fall. She was taken back to a bay very quickly and assessed by a PA within 30 min. Xrays and CT scan was ordered and completed. All staff were proficient and professional. Even received a follow up phone call from a nurse within the week. I am a nurse and was very impressed with how this ER treated my MIL.

The whole staff there are absolutely great. It's a shame that other ER's around the Richmond area can't figure it out the way that Swift Creek ER has apparently done. The attention and care they gave my wife and I both were perfect.

Very professional care from the moment I walked in through the moment I left. Very pleased with my care. Went in with chest pains and had trouble breathing. I was quickly cared for and felt like I was in superb care through the EKGs, blood work, and chest Xrays. Properly diagnosed and I am back to 100% thanks to medical staff and crew. Highly recommend.
