Shrewsbury Police Department

I have nothing but nice things to say about these guys. I’ve had to call them on several occasions for issues with neighbors and they’ve always come within minutes. If they couldn’t do something about the issue, they explained why they couldn’t, etc. One of my neighbors had an issue with another neighbor and they were very helpful/very forceful with this individual and took no chances because they were someone who has been on their radar for a while. Today I went in to get my finger prints done for school and I was in and out of there in maybe 10-15 minutes. Also, whenever they see me walking my dog either in my complex or out on South St, they always smile and wave to us. Again, love these guys, nothing but nice things to say about them!

I have been fortunate to only need to make a call once and the officer was kind and the response, even though I called the non emergency line, was speedy.

One of the best PDs in tbe state. Officers are hard working and care about the community. The Chief is innovative and involved.

they respond to my call about a reckless driver going around 70 mph driving in the oncoming passing people over the double yellow line. on my street. but they dont give them a ticket. even when im a witness and have it all on dash cam. whats the point you guys are you even doing your job? i have it in hd video and i never lost sight of the suspect either. i waited for them to talk to me so i could provide them with a real testimony and they never even came to write it down or fine them. sad waste of a police force that doesn't give tickets when they are needed . just a warning for driving recklessly doesn’t make sense at all especially when its all on video. it makes people want to take things into their own hands

Shrewsbury police stole my ring and claim they don't have.

Stole property from my friend and lie saying they don't have it.

I went to the police dept to get a police report was told they don’t know when it will be available the people there were rude the worst place I every experience I thought this place had experience people working there
