My family and I recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received, particularly from Mustafa at the T-Mobile store at 49 Park Ave . I came in with a host of issues in porting 4 lines over from another carrier (which customer service was unable to help me with over the phone) and also needed a new phone. Ray was extremely helpful running down all parts of the problem and solving them. I left the store with everything in working order.

The gentlemen that we encountered at this place went so far above and beyond what was needed I cannot give them enough recommendations. Shaquan, Rolando, Russ, Davon and Malachi were so helpful and pleasant, I would not go anywhere else for help. I was told I could only give 5 stars, well this group of men deserve 100 gold stars. If you need assistance, they will provide the best help that you could ever want. We want them to be awarded any and all awards that T-Mobile gives for customer service because they deserve it, I worked in customer service and they exemplify the words.

Yesterday I visited this location and Dante assisted me. Dante was kind, helpful and has wonderful customer service skills. He is an asset to this store.

We visited this store at 7:45 just to see the current offers. The store closed at 8. But the employees, I believe we worked with Steven, stayed with my husband until 9:30 signing up my family and transferring 5 lines and phones from Verizon. Great customer service all the way.
Phone service: not as good as Verizon. But with Sprint we have 5 lines, unlimited data and 5 new phones for the price of 4 lines on 10gig of data at Verizon. Three of my kids are babysitting age and need a phone line to do their jobs. The unlimited data takes away my mom worries of them having a phone AND going over our shared limit ($$$!)
Overall very happy we switched and will drive to this store again.

Carlos was super helpful and figured out exactly which Apple Pencil was compatible with my iPad 6 gen. I recommend this location as they have just opened and the staff are very friendly .
