I enjoyed my stay! The staff that greeted me were friendly and professional. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

From check in to check out my experiences here have always been great! Comfortable rooms with some nice amenities and a decent bar. Its location is ideal for any business at ODU. The complimentary breakfast is very nice and well stocked. Parking fees are very reasonable.

Only drawback is they don't have a real restaurant-bar that is open late and can get meals charged to your room (so no extra Bonvoy points for dining there)

The gentleman at the front desk was very considerate of my needs. He picked up the phone whenever I called for extra pillows. He also directed me to the superb breakfast.

This was a great place to stay on my recent trip to ODU. Staff were very friendly and helpful even though we arrived very late. Rooms were wonderful, clean, and very well furnished. Breakfast was hot, delicious, and had a good variety. I would definitely stay here, especially if visiting ODU since it is immediately next door.

There was nothing not to love. Friendly and amazing staff. The room was clean. Parking was great and worth the $10. So convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Definitely would stay here again.

I stay at a lot of hotels, and Jamara was one of the nicest and most service-oriented front desk personnel I dealt with in years. She made sure that my Air Force aircrew of 9 people were all taken care of as expeditiously as possible, despite the fact that we dropped in on her at 4am. Even had the kitchen folks set aside breakfast for us, knowing that we’d all sleep past the usual hours. Thanks for all the help, Jamara!

The staff is very polite and respectful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The bar has quite an extensive list of drinks, as well as 0% alcohol beers if you want those, too.

The stay was extremely nice. Clean rooms and especially bedding. The breakfast was excellent. I'm diabetic, the crustless quiche was
beyond amazing. I'm currently trying to find their recipe. Great chefs! ❤

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well kept. Gym is clean and pretty good for basic workouts. Breakfast had great choices and there are lots of delicious restaurants nearby.

Stayed overnight here after a concert at the Chartway Arena, which was right next door, and my friend and I had a nice stay! We had some technical issues with the TV and an extension cord by the bed, but overall we were very comfy. So comfy that we missed the free breakfast the next morning!! Lol!! Also, the staff was very friendly!!

We had a great stay from beginning to end. We were able to check in alittle earlier and all the staff was great. We were greeted by the front desk with a smile and even the housekeepers were very friendly. Then when we went to breakfast, the staff engaged in friendly conversations and smiled the whole time. The rooms were very clean and smelled so good. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for making our stay great.

Room was clean and updated. Service was friendly. Breakfast was good, and the attendant was on top of keeping it up. Pleasant experience.

The location couldn't have been better. Just a short walk down the street to ODU where I was attending a conference. The room was amazing! It was spacious and clean. We had a living room area, microwave, mini fridge, desk, two closets... The bed was so comfortable. The moment I got in, all of my aches and pains melted away. Shower=heaven. The staff were courteous and helpful. I definitely plan on staying here again!

Other than the price, there isn't anything to complain about. The service was great l. The front desk staff was amazing. All of the ladies were nice. The breakfast was great too.

We were visiting family and our extended family of 12 stayed at this hotel for the weekend. We checked in online and when we got to hotel check-in was seamless.
Parking is in a covered garage just across a narrow street from the hotel. The lobby is very pretty with plenty of seating. The suites are beautiful and very well maintained.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was great with lots of healthy choices and delicious pound cake.
The kitchen staff was so friendly and welcoming.
We were very happy we stayed here and will certainly stay again.
