I had the most wonderful experience at this 7-11. If you can, go there during the night shift and enjoy the valuable customer experience. The friendly cashier had given me a big bite for free too.

It may not seem odd… but y’all ALWAYS being so friendly always puts me in a better mood.

Thanks to my morning peeps that always take care of me!

The workers here are so welcoming and polite. I look forward to visiting this store every time I need something because I know they stay stocked up :)

U can find things on the shelves or in the cooler

The staff at this location is super friendly. It’s kind of hard to get in and out of there is a lot of traffic. Sometimes they will be out of certain items for days. They have a few gas pumps so sometimes you will have to wait to get gas but it’s one of the only places right in the neighborhood to get gas.

Could have been better if the cashier was friendly.

The staff is VERY friendly and the store was extremely clean!

Affordable products.

The cashier or could have been the owner, displayed excellent Customer Service but the Sandwich and Bottle of Green Tea was awful and lowzy. Stopped going there before now and this time I will never go back except to use the ATM or play the lottery every Blue Moon perhaps.

Floors are always dirty never have grill items I like to have a big bite available when I come onto 711 and the staff unprofessional

The worst 711 around. And their parking lot has the largest potholes around. I think most ppl only go here on accident.

This station has been an absolute pain for the 5 yrs I've lived down the street from it!! Between the consistently rude staff, to the numerous times things have been rung up wrong and refunds refused even when the wrong charges were the staff's fault, pumps being "unavailable" for no reason or staff not knowing how to activate them with pre-payments inside, refusal to ring up customers during storms when the 7/11 down the street has no issues with their system, huge potholes in the parking lot damaging vehicles, the homeless/kids/just rude individuals harassing customers for money outside the doors, and now certain alcohol having to be locked up 24/7 because the clientele that they attract has a habitual pattern of stealing, should tell you everything you need to know about this place. FYI, if you travel a few blocks down Colley Ave to the 7/11 before Jamestown Cresent they'll be able to take care of you without those issues. It's apparently become common knowledge among locals that they travel a little farther to that market to avoid the ridiculousness of the Colley/38th St shop.
Oh, and all of that is on top of the time my fiancé left the store by mere minutes of a shooting happening in their parking lot that started between an employee and customer argument.
