Va Emergency Room

Wait times are unacceptable. Once you actually get seen the doctors generally do a good job but last 2 times I needed to go I waited 3+ hours and I had covid and needed to be seen immediately. Something needs to be done so they can see patients faster. They should atleast have a wait time estimator like most ERs so people that don't need to be seen right away can wait till it's slower

When you have a mental health emergency on a holiday, the VA *tells you to go to the VA ER* and the *VA ER Doctor* chews you out for going there, you know you served your country. It's amazing how these people can actively, aggressively, not care.

My husband have never had problems with the VA. But since April, of last year the nurse for got to put in the consult she called and apologized for it in and said she would put another one in and there we can't get a point ppointment they say called and can't reach anyone on the cell to or the land line either

For the love of God, do NOT come here if it is an actual emergency!! Better to go to an real e.r. and have the va just back bill or something! Been here over 3 hours already and the 2, yes 2, people who were here before us haven't even been SEEN yet!!😡😡

my father died because of their staff’s negligence. he’d been going back again and again for the past two months, multiple things wrong with his body. this last visit, he told them he felt like he was drowning and for the hours upon hours he was there and NOTHING was done. he came home deciding if he was going to feel miserable, he’d feel miserable at home. he passed just two hours ago.

Not happy with the VA emergency room right now my wife is being mistreated because 6 days ago she tested positive for COVID and now she can't breathe very well we have been sitting here for 45 minute why is this happening
