Hampton Inn Norfolk/Virginia Beach

Been staying here for work twice a week for the better part of a year. The manager, Nick, bends over backwards to make guests feel welcome! The staff is friendly, and the rooms are freshly remodeled.

Highly satisfied with my stay here. Even though we stayed during renovations it was still an excellent and enjoyable stay upon arrival my husband and I were greeted by night auditor Rob he was great loved his slightly comedic personality and he was very informative. We were given a newly Renovated room and I was beyond satisfied my husband I will surely be back after renovations is finished.

Hotel is nice undergoing renovations hope it’s nice! Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does an amazing job keep up the great work Rhondia especially.

In town on business first time to stay here and I would highly recommend. Yes the rooms are a little older but this hotel has friendly, attentive staff that are always professional. The front desk group are amazing and makes the check in/out process quick and easy. The team that manages the morning breakfast are kind, pleasant and make you feel at home. I had a a/c issue that within 10 minutes Kelvin corrected. I could have chosen another hotel but I am glad I chose this one! Kudos to this team for making my stay a great experience!

This place is one of the better hotels that i have stayed at with work.Stay here on a weekly basis for work and haven't had any problems staff is always inviting and helpful and rooms are clean yes there under renovation but the hotel is still clean and quiet even with the construction. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Stayed 1 night. Nick the manger I think his name was was very welcoming and explained my bill to me. Don and 2 other ladies during check in and through out my stay was also helpful. We came for the pool but it was being cleaned. Arrived from the beach and still wanted some water time. No complaints. The Mexican restaurant next door is delicious 😋

Excellent location, convenient. Room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. I was impressed by the many hot options at breakfast compared to other Hamptons.
I used digital key but I also like to have a hard key. Mr Matt at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating with my request. He also recognized me as a diamond member and offered me a snack and bottle of water.
All around, a great stay!

The staff at this location is outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had some minor room issues when we checked in and the staff, including management and maintenance, addressed them immediately. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the room. Can't say enough good things about how friendly and welcoming everyone was during our stay from the front desk, management and maintenance to housekeeping and the nice ladies taking care of the breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit the area.

Very nice rooms and attentive staff. My flight was canceled, and I needed a place for the night near the airport. This is a good location quite close to it. Easy to get to. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very clean comfortable and smoke-free. Overall, a good experience.

My family each year visit this area for vacation, this year we unfortunately had to change plans on our hotel we originally had book due to cleanliness of the environment so we came across this hotel by prayer at the last minut for search of a place to stay. The name of person at the front desk that helped us was Matt . He was friendly, helpful and very kind , which made our situation at ease. The breakfast variety was good and even had breakfast bags to go for those unable to stay for breakfast. Every staff we came in contact with was polite and kind. Hotel room was clean, they made sure we always had clean towels , beds and sheets were comfortable. Lord willing will definitely come again as our go to hotel home. Blessings 💕🙏🏾

Nice place though they are doing renovations so hopefully will get even better.

I just stayed here for 4 days while visiting the east coast (from Denver) while the location can't be helped,that staff is AMAZING especially a lady named Tara. She went above and beyond for us. She is personable, friendly and funny! She does her job well,and quickly. I'd go to any hotel I knew Tara worked at just to interact with her. :)

Hotel very clean, staff very professional,friendly and willing to help you out. Check in an check out very easly done with no hicups.Breakfast very good and well stocked. Nick and his entire staff are awesome.Rob had me dying inside as i was checking on my dog to check her in. Pool was closed due to construction and are waiting on supply chains for parts and supplies absolutely not their fault.The hotel is not old and dingy my room was just like advertised. Hotel was great smelling. We will be staying there again. It was my anniversary and i was visting my nephew who is in the navy.Thank you entire staff for a amazing stay at a great hotel.

Stayed here for a couple days and it’s a nice spot. Tara and Josh was wonderful, both helped a lot and made sure everything was going smoothly during my stay here. Definitely would stay here again

The hotel is one of the older ones but still in pretty good condition. Rooms are clean. The staff was friendly...the water pressure was great while we were there and the breakfast was good.

The front desk and staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the floor was quiet.

The hotel was nice, but could use an update in the near future.

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Great service. There was a mistake where I was double charged for a room. Jesse was the man to fix the issue fast and effectively.

This hotel is quality all the way! I was very impressed with my stay there. Health is of utmost importance, in that my room was fully sanitized. The door had a seal on it, indicating it was clean and sanitized. The remote was sealed as well. The room was spotless and everything updated. The hot breakfast was laid out to go. Serves a full breakfast! All in all I was very pleased with the service as well as the property. I will definitely be staying there again.
