Store itself is fine with a good selection and it's in walking distance to ODU instead of having to wait until the weekends and hope the ODU shuttle will take you to Walmart. The staff is pretty nice. Haven't used the pharmacy so can't talk about that aspect.

ik you guys are short staffed so I just wanna say I appreciate you guys still being caring and nice and ik y'all trying your best despite the circumstances and all the rude and not so understanding customers ! y'all doing great working short staffed isn’t easy so keep doing what yall doing

My experience at the pharmacy was great! All 3 staff members were so pleasant and helpful. I was having a horrible time trying to get my Tdap booster at other pharmacies but they answered my questions, took me without an appointment and I was in and out quickly. I think CVS is my new go to pharmacy.

Natalie gave a welcoming hello when I entered the store. She is sweet.

Has everything expected and self checkout is convenient and never had to talk to anyone. No real issues but the parking is small and intersection doors are always locked.

Spoke with David in pharmacy about getting my prescription transferred to his pharmacy and was very pleased with his attitude. Excellent customer service with a very professional attitude! Wish all Cvs workers could work as well as David. Way to go, please keep up the outstanding work performance and attitude.

Just had the best experience at the pharmacy. New insurance card and price for prescription went way up! Pharmacist took extra time with me to find coupons and discounts bringing from over $450 down to $130. So patient and kind!

First visit to get a Flu and Shingles shot. The Pharmacist was stellar, talked to her on the phone, she checked my insurance ahead, I arrived 2 hours later she had all the paperwork ready, administered the shots with great care explaining all the possible side affects etc. I really felt she and her technician knew their business and provided the care and service above and beyond what I have received at other brands. I left a happy man. I also liked the new and clean store, I picked up a few items. I'll go nowhere else for my health needs if that need can be met here.

I went to do a COVID/swab test today. It went about as well as it could, I'd say (it was my first time doing it). It felt a little artificial, as all communication was done via the intercom (the window never even opened at the drive-through), but I understand why that is, given the circumstances. The woman that helped me was very kind (or at the very least, her tone of voice conveyed as such). For that, I'd like to laud her and CVS for having done a job well-done :)

Always have a great experience at this CVS. The staff are always happy and helpful. They also have great deals and discounts.

Everyone at the store is friendly and helpful. The store is always immaculately clean and well stocked. I'm in this store a lot, and at various times of day, and have never had a problem. The pharmacy staff is especially wonderful.

I love this store!! Pharmacy, hands dwn thee best I've been at. I switched everything" all my meds over to the pharmacy. They called an told me, that I needed a prior authorization..sent the message over asap to my doctors. I don't know the blk pharmacist named..but let me tell you..

I go to this pharmacy often and I always have a wonderful experience. Russ is always finding me the cheapest cost for my prescription which I truly appreciated. If you want to feel cared for go to this pharmacy!!!!

Staff went out of their way to honour some coupons I had been sent, despite being unable to display them on my phone.

Kim in the pharmacy was amazing she was so very helpful and knowledgeable about everything she walked away from her desk and came on the sales floor to show me exactly what I needed she offered me other things to help as well very understanding and caring need more people like that around she was so very helpful thank you so very much

All the pharmacy staff are excellent. Both David and Kim are very knowledgeable and very caring no matter how busy their day is.

Jasmine, one of the pharmacy techs, was outstanding. She went above and beyond when we were having issues with insurance verification.

Love that I dont have to walk in for my medication. They have a drive through!
