Exceptional customer service! I was unaware of the shipping procedures they have in place at the time of placing my order. This did not hold HID Kit Pro back from providing real customer service! Parts malfunction but a business to customer relationship is priceless!!!

Initially, I had several perceived issues with this company - not necessarily with what I ordered, but with communication and timing. Through these initial interactions, my trust was lost. However, after having received a personal call from the store manager and a gesture of good faith, my trust was restored. We had a conversation about how to validate customer concerns, while still communicating relevant information. Sometimes things are out of your control and the answer is simply, “Your questions and concerns are valid. I don’t know the answers, but I will be following up until I have them.”

Extremely nice staff. The initial set of lights that were installed had a recall so they switched out the lights immediately. As much as I want the products I buy to work the first time having a friendly staff that is apologetic and desires to have a customer that is 100% satisfied is extremely difficult to come by these days. I guess you can’t review twice so I just had another great experience getting floor mats and mud flaps for our new truck. I could’ve bought them direct from weather tech but HID Kit Pros has the same price and it was easier than ordering online.

Great guys - know their stuff. Really upgraded the lights on our old Jeep XJ and rewired it so it now has daylight running lights. Pricey but worth it.

This is already my 2nd car here at HID Kit Pros to do an upgrade on my cars. My 2020 Nissan Altima SR doesn’t come with fog lights (only on Altima Platinum), so I did some research and emailed the sales rep at HID Kit Pros to see if that would work on my vehicle, after 3 weeks of communication I have decided to purchase the fog lights on Amazon. The fog light was perfectly installed on my vehicle, they had to drill a hole inside of my car to add the light switch for these fog lights, it was really clean and looks like it came with the car originally. Thanks again Aaron, I will be taking my 3rd car here soon at HID Kit Pros!

This shop went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule to get my truck done! I was willing to push my move date back in order to get my headlight kit replaced and I am impressed that Ben offered the option to work on my truck between other scheduled appointments to help me and they got the work done two days early! They were willing to use the replacement parts that I bought for my previous kit to or even to try and pick and choose parts from my old kit mixed with new parts that they offer to see if they could make something work for a more affordable price point instead of just pitching an entire new kit right away. I ended up getting a completely new kit with them because both of my previous headlights have had issues over the last couple years and I wanted a higher quality kit installed in my truck. They have all been so responsive and kind and helpful, I highly recommend working with this business.

Easy to work with, learned of them from the Jeep WK2 FB Group. Their customer support line was easy to get a hold of and very helpful, and they had no issue returning parts I didn't need. I would gladly buy from them again. Also sent a keychain which is one of those small details that means more than the piece itself. Thank you HKP!

I have now taken both of my cars here for HID upgrades. This is a professional outfit with excellent customer service. I recently had my foglights upgraded to 3K HIDs and I wasn't happy with the colors and without question they immediately swapped out the bulbs until I was happy. Thanks team. Loyal customer here!

Great experience with HID headlight upgrades. Richard was great explaining all progress and recommended the right components. Highly recommended. Reception was great as well. Will be back for some additional LED driving lights after my trip.

Best. Shop. Ever. Wanted fog lights for my '08 BMW 135i, and didn't want to swap to a different bumper, use a DRL bar style light, or risk blocking any of my brake vents. So, pretty much came in with a rather impossible request -- make fog lights work on a car not made for them! Well, as it turns out, HID Kit Pros specializes in both the possible, and impossible, and they didn't hesitate to find a solution for my needs. The amazing staff took the time to really listen to what I was wanting, and kept at it until we found something that not only works, but is exactly what I was hoping for in terms of the look, and lighting output. I also upgraded to brighter headlights, and the result is I can pretty much see from here to Pluto now, thanks to this incredible work. The fogs operate on a remote (created by HID Kit Pros -- how cool is that??), separate from any of my lights, which is fantastic. Even has strobe and SOS settings! They even repaired a loose bumper issue I had, while doing the fog install. I had read great reviews of this shop, and they are 1000 percent accurate, because this is just the greatest shop ever, seriously! Impeccable work, above and beyond excellence in standards, and I'm a VERY HAPPY customer! I'm going to go back for a halo upgrade, and my brother is now going to go there and get his Subaru updated to HID lights. I'm a customer for life, for any lighting needs. Look no further than this shop for the BEST in service! Thanks for the excellent work! As a testament to how great they are, I am including the crude drawing I came up with, in first proposing what I was thinking, which I emailed to Ayse (thanks so much Ayse!) and you can see the finished product of the job they did. HID Kit pros has great service, I go there for all of my automotive lighting needs. They are very informative there about what kind of bulbs to choose from. I really enjoy their large variety of bulbs that they do carry. My favorite part is the popcorn machine that they have there because who doesn’t love some free popcorn!

I will say this company is very professional and detail oriented. I ordered the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee LED Interior package and I must say the shipment was correct, easy to read, simple to install, and no questions asked exactly as advertised. Their prices are fair, their shipping updates are quick and accurate (unlike CARID). I will be ordering a couple more light bulbs to complete the full vehicle look.

Had a lift kit installed on my truck. Had a minor issue that was not necessarily related to the install but HID Kit Pros went out of their way to make the repair. Aaron came in on his day off to do the work. Excellent customer service - a model for others to follow! My truck looks and rides great! Thanks HID!

Great customer service, product knowledge, and experience. HID Kit Pros did an incredible job of providing my car with the enhanced HID lighting, LED fog lamps, reverse lights, that dramatically improved the safety during operation of my rear view camera with the LED reverse lamps and night time illumination on my early morning commuting.

Driving my ancient Subaru Forester at night felt like I was driving by candle light, so a service manager at Eastside Subaru turned me on to HID Kit Pros. I spoke with five different people at the company collecting info, ordering the hardware, scheduling the installation, and getting the work done.
