Bayside of Poquoson has amazing staff! The warm, welcoming feeling that you get when you walk through those doors puts a smile on my face, and the way the residents are treated like family is always a joy to see. The residents are always smiling, the floors sparkle, and the staffs energy when you walk in the building is very uplifting and positive. Way to go Bayside!

After coming in and being part of the management team, I can truly say that Bayside has turned around compared to previous reviews. The staff is caring and are intentional about getting to know the residents and families. The rehab department is awesome and it is so good to see residents progress and return home/to a meaningful quality of life.

I’ve never worked with such caring people that truly go above and beyond to make each and every resident feel special. From the simple daily things to celebrating birthdays and holidays, the staff really comes together to make Bayside of Poquoson Health & Rehab feel like the residents home away from home. There’s no doubt that your loved one will be in good hands with the Bayside Team. The new management team, nurses, CNAs, therapy group, dietary and housekeeping are truly the best!

The Staff at Bayside of Poquoson were very professional and friendly to my Uncle & family. We chose the facility for Hospice care. My Uncle transitioned after a week at the facility. The nursing staff made sure that he was clean and comfortable. They regularly came in the room and held conversations with him. This was a very hard decision to make. I appreciate the staff for being attentive and allowing my Uncle to transition with dignity.

The new management team here at Bayside are absolutely amazing. The last few months working here has been nothing short of incredible. My uncle stayed for a short while and I couldn’t be more grateful.
Bayside has done a complete rebuild and it’s definitely showing !!!

My Mother was so scared moving in, but we had no choice. The staff were understanding and worked so hard to make here comfortable there. They went the extra mile every day. Like when she was woken up they would bring her some coffee. She would always tell me about that. Repeatedly lol
Unfortunately she chose dialysis too late and we lost her. Even during that terrible time they were amazing. The staff would check on us and made sure we had food and drinks so nobody had to leave to get it and miss any time with Mom. That was a horrible time and they did everything they could to make it a little less horrible.
They were amazing, Dad says when it’s his turn he’s going there.

From the moment I walked in the door, all of the staff that I encountered were so welcoming and friendly. The building is very clean, and getting some much earned upgrades! New management is very warm and knowledgeable. I’m excited to be part of the team!

Wonderful facility. Exquisite, Friendly, & kind hearted staff. Patient advocates were extremely helpful! A very big virtual hug to the young lady in medical records; very professional & charming personality.

Such kind hearted workers! The facility always smells amazing and everyone greets visitors with smiles and are so helpful with anything we need!

I enjoy working for Bayside Poquoson. The staff is friendly and nurturing to the residents wants and needs.

My mom came in for a 5 day respite stay. Naturally we were all nervous to take her and leave her. Ms.Wanda made it so much easier. She treated my mom like her own, she painted her nails. ,got her outside pulling weeds in the flower garden,sent me snap chat pictures of the two of them goofing off! We can't thank Wanda and the rest of the staff for taking such wonderful care of her. Wanda is an angel on earth and this is truly her calling.

The best thing this company did was bring Wanda back. I have never met anyone who has as much passion and love for the residents. She has been such a delight to talk to and under her care my family has been doing 100% better. She is a true professional.

Where do I start this place treated me like family Ms. Wanda is a blessing to this place she love everyone she was there for me from the beginning she ia a true gift. When it was time for me to get home Ms Wanda and the Social Worker made sure I got home safe. Thank you to all the staff for careing for me. Ms Wanda not sure if you read this if you do my family and I truly thank you.

Absolutely love this place ! My grandma now resides at Bayside. I went there today to visit her for Christmas. She recently moved there. The staff is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The place has great rooms & is very clean ! I will recommend them !

I love this place they took really good care of me Mrs.Wanda in activities was the best when I was feeling down she came in my room and she brighten my day she is a true blessing to this place. If you need good service come to Bayside and ask for Wanda.

Bayside of Poquoson Health and Rehab is an awesome facility, Miss Wonda made my family feel we made the right choice , she was very professional and did an outstanding job in explaining there service I would recommend anyone to come to this facility they have a wonderful staff and seems like they are on your side when it comes to making decisions for your love one's and I would like to thank Miss Wonda for her assistant and time and to all of staff for there service
