My friend and I went here last Friday with some big boxes to send to our deployed friends and loved ones, we did not realize how long the paperwork (for customs) to send these would take but Will explained everything and was so patient and nice even though we wound up being there way past when the post office closes to get it all finished. Thanks so so much to Will for making what could’ve been an awful experience a very positive one instead.

Best experience in the Poquoson Post Office today. I haven't been by in multiple years (pre-Pandemic) and finally tried it again today after seeing lots of recent positive reviews. The new clerk is great! I can see myself coming back and being happy about it now. While I admit that I really wish that there was a self-serve kiosk, I am grateful that my experience today was positive.

I live in York county but prefer to go to the Poquoson Post Office. The postal workers are friendly, helpful, and just great folk. I think the patrons at this post office are even friendlier than at most other places. Perhaps it's the small town culture.

I've always gotten great service when using the Poquoson Post office, we've been living here for 3 years now. The attitude of the staff has always been positive and the wait times for service is always short. Keep up the good work!

In the past, there was one particular employee who was the rudest I’ve seen, who I haven’t seen there for a while now. All of my recent experiences have been excellent and the people behind the counter have been exemplary.

I had never shipped a package out of the Post Office before - I was new, but I had to send 8 packages. I showed up with my stuff packaged already and it went very smoothly. The lady was nice and I got out of there fast - shattering my expectations based on the overall review rating for the Poquoson Post Office.

Every time I go to the Poquoson post office, the ladies working are so pleasant. They give my daughter coloring books, they always offer their help AND they kept my wallet safe for me when I left there... not everyone does that these days. Thank you for being awesome!

In all my years living in Poquoson (nearly 40 years), I have always found the Poquoson Post Office to be efficient, friendly, and professional in our growing city. My family and I appreciate their delivery and counter services.

Mailed two packages. The address on one was questionable. The clerk indicated there wasn't such an address. I left the package and went straight home and checked. The clerk was right. I had copied a number wrong. I called the PO and Mary answered (after closing hours). She made the correction for me. Thank you Mary!

This is a small post office in a small town. Everytime I have been there the staff has been pleasant, quick and efficient 😊
