If you need locksmith services, Alan is the go to person. We had an emergency on a Sunday and called Alan’s number. He picked up immediately, was professional and said he could help us with our lockout. He was at our place an hour later and solved our lockout issue quickly. I recommend Alan to anyone needing locksmith services.

They were able to cut and program two car keys today for less than $100, both work just as great as the one from the dealership. Super nice guy, quick service and he's very thorough! Def recommend

AAA dispatched Alan’s to program and add a new key fob, when the OEM dealership wanted to have my car towed there, charge $200 more, and sell a pair of new key fobs. Good service. Would recommend.

I needed a new key cut for my car. Their service was fantastic, Alan and his team were able get me on my way in less than 30 minutes after my first call. Great customer service, working with AAA so that I could use my AAA benefits.

I called some locksmiths to have six locks re-keyed/replaced and keyed to a master today. I was being told it would take anywhere from 3 days to a week for any appointment. I finally called Alans Locksmith and was given a same day appointment.

Tony and Michael were friendly, courteous, professional, and beyond helpful. After they had already finished installing two locks, I told them I didn't like the brass color and would it be too much trouble to change it. Both men were so nice about the change, that I was amazed. They did all their work with a smile *and* they didn't mind me hanging around asking questions.

Before leaving, I asked if they could take a look at another lock I was having trouble with. Previous locksmiths would tell us that that particular lock was always going to be a problem, and that we had to close the door a certain way and jiggle the door to make certain the door locked correctly so the spring wouldn't break again.

Tony and Michael explained what was going on with it and actually made a repair so that it's no longer necessary to close the door a certain way and jiggle the door. Now it works like a normal door.

The fact that they gave me a same day appointment was great, but the customer service was phenomenal. I will not only call them again, I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Great experience! Needed a duplicate key for my 14' Ford Focus, dealership wanted to charge me $230 for the key and an extra $70 to program it. Called allen's and they quoted me less then half! Took care me even after the store closed and was able to get what I needed, Took about 20 Minutes and I was on my way. Great staff, would recommend anyone who needs extra car keys!

I called to have a new key fob (push button start type fob) made for my Nissan sentra. Initially I called another locksmith and they told me that the only company that they knew of in the area that could help was Alan's/keys r us.

I previously called the dealership for a price quote and the guy I spoke with at Alan's quoted me half the price of the dealer (hundreds of dollars cheaper... not including the cost of towing the car to the dealer).

When a competitor respects you enough to recommend your company, it speaks volumes about your reputation. (It also doesn't hurt that it was much cheaper than the dealer)

We have a 1969 Firebird, after calling 11 locksmiths in the Leominster area, one recommended to try Alan's. When I called, Alan himself explained the process to me, and was so incredibly kind as well. Steve came out today and replaced our ignition cylinder with no problem, he was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and my husband was thrilled that he finally has a key to his bird. Their kindness and great service made a stressful and irritating situation so much better. I got there 15 minutes before closing and chose the cheaper option of a key because I thought mine were in the car. They promised to stay open longer to see if I'd find it, which I didn't. Half an hour after closing time he comes through my foot of snow driveway and in minutes programmed a new key for me. I'm so grateful, thank you.

Recently had the opportunity to partake and Alan's services. Even though I had my own key and vehicle fob, (which needed to be programed).

I have a Volkswagen GTI VR 6. I tried to change my flip keys housing on my own....yes as you know this story is going bad. I tried to start car and it would start then cut right off.. and i did this multiple times. I called dealership after dealership and they all told me ...well you need bring car and key in so we can reprogram all of it.....cost was close to 200. Well I called these people and they told me off hand exactly what to do ...when finished i asked will this fix my car? ....well he told me over the phone what and how to do and it less then 2 hours my car was up and running...this guy wouldn't even take cash....such a smart and wonderful business to deal with.

These locksmith professionals gave us 100% no nonsense service. We had a door lock that no other company could fix. In fact, one company was making money off us yearly by coming out but never fully fixing the problem. These gentlemen fixed the problem on their first visit! My son broke the only key to his car.I spent the whole day trying to get the key code for the car. This should be a simple process.
Well after speaking with dealers including the original dealer. GMC could not help. They would happily tow the car to the dealership and replace the ignition cylinder. Parts,labor,tow over $500.
I had also called AAA who then referred me to Allan's Locksmith.
Im a construction supervisor and have worked with trades for about 30 years including locksmiths.
So all my hope was on Allen's Locksmith to bail me out.
Well Allen's Locksmith and who gets out?
Allen! Why am I so happy. He looked like just the guy to help me.
I needed a first class locksmith.
I guessed a locksmith would have to go "Old School "and make a new key by hand with only a rat file.
Allen set out to impression the key for about 20 minutes.
Meticulously filing notches into a blank key
Then he hands a key to my son and says" Try it".
My son says" OMG this key works better then the one we had"!
I could go on.
But with AA and Allen's Locksmith I got out cheap.
Total $90. that included a $10 tip.
I wont forget Allen's Locksmith as a valuable resource.
Oh and Im super dad to my 20 year old son.

I went to 2 places first .One told me dealer only for my key and the other was closed(Saturday)I can understand all the great reviews .I will be sure to recommend to anyone who needs a locksmith.
