This place was introduced to us by a good friend. Great snowtreat for awesome prices. They had a plethora of interesting flavors and combos. We ended ups getting a few of their combos, like the key lime pie, and the shark attack to name just a couple. It was a cute seasonal place with lots of activities for kids to do as well. Definitely reccomend this place

I have super fond memories of this place, and I have yet to find any kind of frozen snow cone/ice place that measures up in terms of how fine the shaved ice is. Snow cones and shaved ice just don't compare. And Pelican's has 100 flavors so you're sure to find something you like! They also have some games like cornhole and chalk to keep kids busy with while you enjoy your snowball.

I absolutely loved the 'snowballs I got. Coffee with cream was the absolute best! The last time I had shaved ice this good was back when I was a little kid. Never thought I'd find a stand that carried those childhood flavors!

Absolutely delicious! Bright, fun colors, games for the kids, and very clean picnic table! Everyone was very nice! A great selection of snowcone flavors that was served very quickly! Way better than 5 stars in my opinion!

I see a lot of reviews saying the line was too slow or concerned about amount of employees. But what can you expect when you have 2 people working and multiple people in line. If your an impatient person then I wouldn’t suggest you go here on busy days and hours . But overall I love the snow cones and so many flavors! Workers are very polite also!

I bought the regular size snow cone, and you can get two different flavors on that one cone. I ordered the black cherry and pug. It tasted really good together. The price is $3.50 for a regular size cone in a cup. The atmosphere is family oriented.

One of my favorite places to go. Tons of flavors to choose from and options. Staff is always nice every time I have been. There is space to hang out and play as well as eat. I only wish it was year round.

Amazing snocones and tons of options, not only for flavors but also for toppings (seriously you can get a pickle flavored snocone and top it with chocolate syrup and a gummy shark if you want). Incredibly child friendly and amazing staff. Prices are great too. #1 sno-cone place in newport news/Yorktown/ Hampton area. Only place I've ever had better was about a 2 hour drive away, so it's definitely worth it.

Such amazing choices! Wonderful staff that make you feel like family. Love the small business, small town feel of this place. Suggest it to all my family and friends! Keep up the good work!

Simply delicious! I got the coconut which is one of 100 flavors. The regular size is 16oz for only $3.25. It was so good I forgot to take a picture!

Always love bringing the kids here for snowballs. Great atmosphere and plenty of fun outdoor things to do like cornhole.

One of our favorite summer spots. Great selection of favors, free games on the lawn and friendly staff. A great treat for everyone in the family!

Thought this was a regular snow ball, but wow, extra tasty. Our grown kids talked us into going. Now, we have a favorite spot for a cold treat.
