Pocahontas Aquatic Center

My first time here even though I lived here for over 30 years. Wow, makes me sound old. Ha. Anyway, it was cool, or hot rather. I couldn't take it and got wet. I wasn't trying to, but it felt great. The kids had fun, we were there for about 1.5 hours before they closed it as someone pooped in the pool. It was a good experience other than that. I didn't get to check out the food. Maybe next time. They did offer a rain check but since the park will be closing soon, I just didn't stand in line for mine.

Nicely maintained. Good signage. Does cost to enter. Under 3 years old are free. Water play area is a great design. Adult pool, kiddie pool, and large water features in the center. Wish there were more shaded areas in the pool area. Will visit again!

Clean, well-maintained. Multiple pools and areas for both kids and adults. Large pool deck and areas for picnicking. Changing rooms and snack bar on site. Great value for the price!!

Kids had a blast, and I was able to chill! It's cheap, you can stay the whole day and do other things at the park if you're done with swimming!

I'm sure it was wonderful. I heard it was only 10 bucks to get in so I brought 10 bucks and the guy took it for the parking. I ended up having to turn around because that's all that I had brought with me. When I return to the gate the man handed me back my money so that was nice. I thank God for the favor. And I think God for the young man who had mercy on me. Thanks for the great customer service

It was really fun there was three different pools, two slides and a water park in the middle

It’s nice to have the convenience of a waterpark, so close to home and not having to spend money like going to Busch Gardens and have just as much fun

Good size gated aquatic park. Fun for all ages. Great prices on concessions.

Awesome water park for kids and teenagers (and their parents too)! There are four pools: a 5.5 foot deep pool, a 3.5 foot deep pool, a baby pool, and a kid's pool with slides and interactive toys. Also, there are 2 larger water slides. There are lots of benches, lounge chairs, picnic tables, some covered some not, but they will fill up fast on hot days. You can bring your own food, picnic coolers, water bottles, and more, but no toys or inflatables allowed in the pool. There are multiple life guards per pool, and they are strict. Overall, this is tons of fun. If you stay all day, the prices are reasonable!

Wonderful shady sites. Even though aquatic center is closed it looks really nice. Can’t wait to come back next year when everything is open.
