AT&T Store

Ciera, was excellent at her job. She assisted us, was kind unlike another employee I experienced the day I went to drop off my phone. She knew her job. She went above and beyond. She answered all of our questions without hesitation. She gave us her card with contact information for if we had any problems later. I would recommend her to anyone.

We love the staff at this AT&T store! Over the years we have consistently had excellent customer service experiences. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Today we had the privilege of working with Area Manager Gage F. He was AMAZING! We were transferring several family members from other carriers to AT&T, trading in multiple phones, and upgrading services—very complicated transactions. Gage made sure everything went smoothly, that any discounts were applied, and that all new phones were synced and updated! Gage is the GOAT!

Brionna was extremely helpful and kind. She made the process of getting a new phone simple and straightforward. She also assisted us in getting the best deals possible, and we were beyond satisfied. We always recommend this store!

Jerry was amazing! He walked me through every step for my upgrade and answered every question thoroughly. He was also very quick and efficient! Great personality, had a blast☺ if you go to AT&T, ask for Jerry!

We changed our service from Verizon to AT&T. Our sales consultant, Jerry Reyes, was friendly and kind. He explained everything thoroughly including billing changes, phone options and accessories. His customer service was outstanding. If you need to make a change in carriers or have any concerns, Jerry is the consultant you want to talk to. We were more than satisfied with his attention to detail and we highly recommended him!

I've been meaning to write this review for over a month now; when we receive awesome customer service I think we should share that with everyone, so here goes! I was in the Midlothian store in January to discuss trading my old Samsung 9 for a S24+, utilizing the trade-in deal AT&T was offering. A young lady named Ciera greeted me in. Ciera sat down with me and kindly answered the 100 questions I had. I was happy with the deal (a free phone upgrade, who wouldn't be) so we moved forward; Ciera then showed me the new accessories I would need for my S24+; she did a great job selling me on them (hey, they were 50% off). I went back to the store a few weeks later once I had received my new phone ... I was not looking forward to the phone transfer/backup process. Ciera was there and once again she came to my aid; she helped me through the entire transfer/backup process and ensured I had EVERYTHING I needed ... she's a kind soul who really knows her stuff, so if you're looking for a friendly & knowledgeable person, go see Ciera!

*UPDATE*: The issue annotated below was real. But to my surprise someone reached out the day after and rectified the issue by honoring the Initial statement of giving $700 towards the phone. That kind of customer service is hard to beat, especially after you think you’ve been duped. I want to thank the senior management for reaching out!

Use a corporate store! Went Into the store to upgrade my phone. Matthew told me I would be getting $700 as a trade in credit for the phone I had which he fully inspected. In addition, we spoke about the Monthly installments with the trade in being only thirteen dollars and some change a month. Well come time to turn the phone in, I was told it’s only worth $350 due to the crack on the back of the phone which was there when Initially inspected. Instead of honoring the initial agreement and taking onus, i get slapped with a bill that over a 36 months period is an additional $360. While it’s only $10 a month, it’s generally a bad business practice. Based on the other comments, clearly management/owners aren’t worried about these practices eroding both the company name and customers credibility of the individual store.

Everyone was very nice. The salesman who helped me, Jerry Reyes was the best one I have had over the years. He explained everything, was patient and was extremely knowledgeable. He certainly knew his way around the products. He helped me transfer my information from my old phone to the new Samsung 24S Ultra that I bought in record time - under 1 hour. In the past, the salesman would always take 2-3 hours. What a pleasure Jerry was today. Check him out, as well as.the new Samsung S24 Ultra. What a deal!!

Awesome experience!!!! I went to get a new line for me, and my fiancée and I needed to get my information from t-mobile to keep my number, I definitely recommend Jerry! He went above and beyond on helping me get everything I needed, and when we had questions, he was there to help us out. Overall, it was a great experience with Jerry at AT&T. I definitely recommend going there

Ciera Johnson was amazing. We came in with an issue and she was able to resolve it efficiently. Our experience was great and we ended up upgrading three of our phones that we didn't know were eligible until she told us. We have made this location our store.

Outstanding service from Matthew Parham when swapping over from an old phone by another carrier to a new iPhone. Took time and had tooth patience to deal with several issues. Would highly recommend this store for your cell phone needs.

Matthew was very kind and went over and beyond his duties to make me feel comfortable. Very well mannered very pleasant to buy products from explained in detail what I needed how it worked, so I was very impressed with Matthews work ethics. Such a good young man to have on your team.

Brionna was fantastic. Even though my phone was giving her a fit, she worked the problem until it was fixed. She took care of everything and answered all my questions.

Ciera was amazing! She was so kind, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! I hadn’t gotten a new phone in 5 years and I’m so grateful she brought me up to speed about any changes and what’s available nowadays. Definitely recommend going to this location. Ask for Ciera Johnson! 🤗

Visit the store on commwealth and Aleesha was great! She was able to get my phone back up and running for me. I have been with att since 2011 and will continue to be a customer. Service was great!

Aleesha was very helpful with my transfer. They speak when you walk in I really liked the chemistry in this store. I've been a customer since 04 and don't plan on going anywhere.

This group of people that work at the store are amazing The people from AT&T customer service had me ready to leave after 30 years. But the people in your store. Help me fix my problem within like 30 minutes. And everyone else had had me on for 4 hours todayand totally DONE. The people at this are steller and know there job. Thanks.
