Chris Music and Jordan were so helpful best customer experience ever. We came in a few times and had to make some changes. Chris was extremely patient and showed us all of our options and made changes accordingly. Jordan helped us very quickly and made the experience very delightful. We are extremely excited with our purchases and can’t wait to have them delivered.

Our old sectional is well loved to say the least so we went to about 10 different stores looking for a new one. Chris Music helped us find exactly what we were looking for (a big fluffy and oversized sectional) and explained everything in detail. He answered all of our questions and concerns. Very happy with our new big comfy couch! 😊

My experience with Stephen Banks today was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable how to floor plan all of my furniture needs to fit the dimensions of my new apartment home based on my personal floor plan. I was able to purchase a complete living room space and 2 bar stools for my kitchen counter. I also purchased 2 matching dressers asbestos D as chair side table. All of the furniture pieces were masterfully matched with color matching scheme and wood finish. I am very happy with all of my purchases and can’t wait until everything is delivered. It will be an outstanding and beautiful living room, bedroom, with dining bar stool chairs. Thank you, Steve and Ashley Furniture for making my experience so memorable and special.

Great meeting with Christopher W. at Ashley Furniture on Hull Street. We gave him our budget, what we were looking for and within 15 minutes were making a purchase. Excellent experience buying furniture without any pressure.

His attention to what I wanted did not go unnoticed or fall upon deaf ears. I was assisted with making my choices and not what was pushed upon me. My son and I had a wonderful experience at Ashley on Hull Street Road. We went in to browse around the inventory at the beginning of the week. Stephen Banks was our salesperson. He did not hard sell/pressure us to buy. Instead gave us breathing room to perused the showroom and was there when we needed him. We decided that was where we wanted to shop and returned at the end of the week to finalize the transaction. Overall, it was a great experience. Stephen was friendly, knowledgeable and patient.
