The UPS Store

Great help yesterday with a bunch of Amazon returns and a couple of items to ship. Special shout out to Justice who helped my mom work through the Amazon app to process her returns. Very professional and exceptional service from the three person team at the store.

My mother mailed out a dress (traditional to my culture as well as custom made) that I plan on wearing on Sunday for some engagement photos (She shipped it out on Tuesday, May 22nd) and it seemed rather weird that the tracking number she sent me wasn't coming up. She paid a rather large amount for 3 day shipping and considering the contents of the package and the meaning, it was rather important for it to get to me on time.

So the following day (May 23rd) I called the store to double check that it was correct and it turns out that the package hadn't even left the store yet. I wasn't upset, but just concerned and worried that I wouldn't get it on time. I believe Evan was the gentleman that helped her out. I understand that with all the incoming packages and incoming customers things can get a little hectic. We are only human after all.

I told the employee (Sam) who was working at the time that it was really important that I get the package on time since these pictures are a big deal. He was very professional and kind when helping me and even tried to handle the situation as soon as possible. With a quick few phone calls my problem was handled within an hour of me calling the store. They upgraded my shipping so that I still get the dress by Friday (the original promised date) and I don't need to find something else to wear! (Least of my problems)

I frequently use UPS shipping services for my online reselling business. I do not regularly shop at this location, but I was in the area and had six packages to ship, so I decided to stop in the store. I was amazed at the store's cleanliness and the superior customer service provided by the clerk. Not only was the clerk wearing a mask and working from behind a plastic screen. He even offered to assist me with mailing my most massive package.

I tend to frequent a UPS store closer to my home, but this location provides superior services. I'll have to make a habit of driving a few more minutes to visit this location.

There were three gentlemen in uniform today, the place was immaculate with no boxes or loose paper anywhere to be seen, and I was helped quickly and courteously. I have never experienced anything but efficient, professional help at this location.

Staff is great very helpful little wait time.

The staff is always pleasant. I just go in with my package and my cell phone and show them the barcode from the sender, they will scan it ,give me a receipt and a smile and ask if I need anything else and I am outta there. So awesome.

While UPS provides a very reliable service, there's another thing that this store does well too...and that's customer service! I needed help with a damaged box (returning an item bought over the internet). Emmett greeted me kindly, repaired the box which had be subjected to a child's destruction (with scissors too!) and affixed a new label in a manner so as not to confuse it with the prior delivery's label. It was perfect!

The experience was so good that my husband made a special trip to express his appreciation too!

While some may find such customer service an everyday venture, but I found it exceptional...and worth sharing!

This is probably the best UPS I've been to. Emmett is extremely helpful. He always has a good attitude, super knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you to all of the staff at this location.

These folks are top notch for printing services. From paper copies to banners, the quality is always superb. The staff did some magic on a lower quality graphic to insure that a sign came out looking crisp and clear.

I've had several business materials printed here over the years, and they've turned out great! The staff is always SUPER helpful too, I can't say enough good things!
