Sonic Drive-In

Normally I feel rushed while ordering and then my food isn't appetizing. Lamont has taken my order and the past few times, he has great customer service and food has been fresh !

I occasionally swing in for a hotdog or corndog. There is something so very addictive about these that I have to have them. And of course the service is great. Has scared the dickens out of me on more than one occasion but that is me not paying attention.

Quick service, my food is always fresh & hot. The employees are awesome!!! This visit I just ordered a pretzel twist w/cheese.

Loved the food. Restaurant ran by two employees the day I came by. Employees did a fine job with the number of online and drive thru orders. Employees performed their duties amiably with smiles. Thank you. Employees deserve a raise.

I love this sonic. The employes are extremely nice, they also give you excellent customer service! They always have a smile on their faces (even when the ice cream 🍦machine is down or being cleaned) they make the best M&M blasts. 👌 there's so many M&M's in them. I always go to this one and wait if the ice cream machine is having issues. It is well worth the drive and wait. Thanks for being amazing!!!

We traditionally use the drive-through when visiting. Service is friendly and quick. Hot food is hot and cold food is cold. I love coming when they're running their drink specials (like half price drinks after 9 PM), but my husband loves grabbing a burger and tots anytime.

Came ~15 mins before midnight when they close? Even though Google says they're 24 hours, the app wouldn't let us order from any Sonic's anywhere near here, the cutt off for mobile orders was 11 pm. Despite this, they filled out order except for a chili cheese dog. They made the best grilled cheese I've ever had at any Sonic's in Virginia so far. The lettuce and pickles I add to it didn't taste melted and like they were put on the same time as the cheese and cooked together like it usually tastes at other Sonic's. They even have me a mint with my drink which I've never had any other Sonic's do before. Our whole order was correct except they forgot our sauces but it wasn't a big deal, especially that late at night. The staff was very attentive and made sure they understood exactly what add-ons we wanted for everything.

everything about this experience was amazing i came in the middle of the night/early morning and everything was on point, speed, service, quality, cleanliness , ease of use... everything was on point! I had a bacon toaster breakfast thing and it was delicious you could tell that every detail had been carefully considered from the appearance of the place to the deliciousness of the sandwich. Everything about this experience was amazing and great!

Order was accurate, food was hot, prepared just the way I requested. Got the order quickly. It would be much appreciated if the speaker could be repaired so I could understand the server a lot better.

Tajay is literally the BEST customer service I've had in years. First time she is always smiling second she always knows exactly what is needed as far as a drink tray for large orders ECT.

This was the best service I have received in a long time from a fast food restaurant. The food was delicious and the servers were super friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend this sonic.

Coming here as it was the only thing on Christmas open.
I went through the drive thru, and Nathan was my drive thru attendant.
He was super sweet.

The only issue is that my sons meal was completely wrong, and Nathan had indeed rung it up correctly. I do know this from personally working at sonic for several years.

They were apologetic and fast and efficient when correcting the mistakes and appreciate their efforts and working on Christmas!

I don't eat here, I think all Sonic food has a particular after taste. So why a "5*?" Service! Outstanding. Came by to get their ICE!! They sell it by the 5lb bag!! Great Stuff!! Picked up 4 bags for my daughters 16th BDay! Quickly bagged it, and brought it to my truck!!

Great service and the food was terrific! Even with several cars in the drive thru we did not have much of a wait and were eating within 10 minutes of pulling into their entrance.

We had an experience where the staff messed up a sandwich. The management(Marcus) went ABOVE & BEYOND to correct the problem and even did a follow up. The staff is normally very friendly.

Food was really good and piping hot. Even though it was 11 pm they still served us well. Their parking spots are very tight

LOOOOVVEE THE BREAKFAST BURRITOS! I just love breakfast burritos witheggs, Onion, peppers, cheese and hot sauce. Very good, it tastes like its homemade. My tots were very hot and fresh.
