Cute place to host your event.
I just attended an event I didn't organize or host anything. But there were seats and bathrooms along with a kitchen. The yard is nice. We set up Cornhole to play. It's also right next to the playground and school. No, you can't fit hundreds of people in here but for a nice size gathering you can do real well. If it's a smaller group I could see how you could set up takes and make it really cute!

This is rentable. It is well maintained. Recommend for large parties. Plenty of parking, handicap ramp, easy access.

Great playground in Poquoson. Only negative is that the baby/toddler structure doesn’t have any shade at all. Poor planning on that part.
