Red Lobster

The experience of it was a comforting and relaxed atmosphere to me. The mixed drink of the Blue Hawaiian that I had was excellent as well. They have live lobsters in a tank right when you walk in. So you know the seafood is fresh. The wait staff is on top of everything for you. Smiles. Great Service to go with the excellent Restaurant. Try it at least once and You might just come back again and again 🥰 lol. Seriously? I would really go and check it out. It wouldn't hurt ❤ Take Care ❤

Update:after Red Lobster made contact with us and gave us a giftcard for $100 we rate 5 Stars‼. Thank you Red Lobster...today we picked up the Surf' n Turf and all was delicious, hot and well cooked. The steak was superb!. ❤This is Red Lobster as we know it. 👍Thank you.

We had a delivery just yesterday....beyond disgusting. Our Lobster tails were completely undercooked. The whole meal was almost cold when we received it....100$ in the trash it went. NEVER, EVER AGAIN....don't waste your money.

Loved the food. We tried fish and chips. Cheddar bay biscuits is so addictive. We didn’t know it was complementary. The waiter was amicable and provided more cheddar bay as we liked those.

The food was very very Good!
The lobster 🦞 was Cooked Perfectly! The Butterfly shrimp 🍤 also. The 3 Meals Where Excellent.....

This was my husband's birthday dinner. Lobster Fest is going on. I got the lobster and waffles. Excellent! The robust Taste of the smoke syrup was to die for. The mashed sweet potatoes was a little buttered down but the waiter exchanged it for a new one. That was really nice of her. She even gave my husband the ice cream sundae delicious.

My family and I had stopped coming to this location due to the horrible service we recieved in the past. We came back today in hopes that things had changed. Am I glad we did. Our server, Rick, was very attentive and delivered awesome customer service. He set the standards high for future servers. Thank you for making this resturaunt a fan favorite again.

Kesia was AMAZING! She has an awesome personality and her customer service is OUTSTANDING. Gold stars for her!! The ultimate Shrimp dinner was really good. Red lobster has really stepped their food game up.

We had great experience. The food was amazing. Alisha was our waitress and she did amazing job!

Quickly sat, clean and comfortable seating. The general space of the restaurant was clean. Friendly service, very attentive.

So, I just went here for the first time. I rarely, if ever, go to Red Lobster. I got the Caribbean Rock and the mushrooms as an appetizer. Everything was delicious.. Except for the one thing I came in for.. The lobster. It just seemed a bit over cooked and not up to standards. I told my server, Rick, and he got the manager, Yolanda. They were both so amazing and very genuine in trying to correct the issue. It wasn’t their fault of course, but Yolanda gave me a gift card to make up for it. Their service and the very thing completely made up for it. I likely won’t be coming back here (just because I rarely go there anyways), but the customer service it top notch!!

I just had the BEST experience at this Red Lobster! i swore off this place 3 years ago bc it was disgusting, i decided to go critique them officially today, so I went by myself... preparing to ROAST them if I had another bad experience.... well i was PLEASANTLY surprised...

The Service
My waitress was Jordyn, and right away she greeted me with some fresh hot biscuits and a smile... and she was on point the entire time... she accomodated me... and i was being especially picky on purpose.. you know one of those demanding customers lol... and she handled everything expertly... great job.. so professional and gave great menu recommendations... great job Jordyn!!

The Food
OUTSTANDING... who ever the hell was in the kitchen did their thing... from the time i recieved my delicious appetizers ten minuted after i placed my order... i ate and then my entre arrived... piping hot and delicious as well...i ordered the seafood stuffed mushrooms, tuna poke and shrimp potstickers... i diddnt really love the poke, but everything else was super yummy... for entree i ordered the Lobster Lovers feast? it came with maine lobster, and another type of steamed lobster with the lobster and shrimp fettuccine alfredo... omg
all together 60.00 with a lemonade... not bad

We arrived with a very large crowd from the nearby event. Clearly the restaurant wasn't ready. However, Yolanda took positive control of managing the staff and customers! Her communication made us feel like we'd be taken care of. That's exactly what happened. The manager trusted her team and used them wisely to get all the people seated ans fed. Customers walking in were given detailed terms of what could and could not happen this evening. Food was handled with care and changes were easily accommodated. Not everyone would be satisfied. The tone was consistent and Professional from the staff starting with the manager. Even when customers were difficult.

I got the stuffed flounder. It was good. The biscuit are so good you can eat them by themselves.

Best visit I've had at a Red Lobster in a long time. And the most motivated, happy server to go along with the experience.
The Mercury Blvd and the Jefferson Ave location (where I usually go; are like night and day). Unless, it's in the server.
We enjoyed our visit.

Alicia was a very attentive and sweet server. Honestly, she made the whole experience perfect. It has been a long time since we received such great service! Food was great as usual!

Everything was exceptional, from our SUPERB waitress, the appetizers and the mouthwatering entree and libations made for a very pleasant Birthday dinner honoring our beloved mother.

Hats off to the entire Red Lobster staff, Hampton, VA for making this auspicious occasion one to revere for many years to come!

The service was excellent...It was really sad that the Chesapeake Square Red Lobster the service was terrible when we got there young lady said 20 minute wait ...That turn into 40 minutes then an hour...That's when the young lady said they have one server...All this time...So we drove to the one in Hampton excellent customer service and atmosphere...

Food came out super fast. Biscuits were fresh, and Hawtt and our server Alicia was PHENOMENAL! Anticipated refills, kept the convo light and entertaining, and had such a cheerful disposition. I will definitely ask for her again when I come back.

Again, the food was great, but the service was phenomenal. From the really sweet hostesses to even the busboys who kept those tables clean. Everyone who worked tonight was on point.

Menus has changed, but food was delicious. Service was excellent.
