Chick-fil-A

The staff is great, and the food is great. This Chick-fil-A has a funny drive thru that I do not like. One lane is for mobile, and one is for ordering upon arrival. What sucks is that the food comes out in any order and you may get your food before the people in front of you, so now you have to sit there and wait. I will never understand who comes up with the functionality of a Chick-fil-A drive thru.

They are always great Chick-fil-A is the best day food restaurant out there so thank y'all very much. The frozen lemonade is awesome. I just wished they sold their buffalo sauce like they do the other sauces.

Food is always hot and fresh and service is always great! If you have to wait longer than normal, they automatically give you a gift card for a free chicken sandwich. Also, if you use the app you get free food

Loved the mobile order lane! But it does remove the human connection factor a great deal. If there was a change that needed to be made, it couldn't. I think a lane dedicated just for mobile orders but still has a human connection would be better.

Well organized, fast mobile orders and drive thru pick up, friendly staff with a clean, inviting restaurant lobby. The pictured mac n cheese was a promotion sent out in the chic fil a one app for being a valued customer. It was a pleasant surprise on a cold day. The Mac was hot and delicious. It was only half a portion after removal of the cheese you see pictured. (I did enjoy some of it, but no way it would have been healthy to eat that entire clump of cheese. Everything served at this location otherwise has been the best in the area.

I just had to share. My mom had a doctors appointment Friday and on our way to drop her off at work afterwards, she informed me she wanted CFA for lunch and that some of her co-workers had ordered from CFA and needed a curbside. Going through the drive thru for her lunch, we asked at the window where the curb pick up lanes were.
The outside CFA employee said to follow him. He walked along side my car and parked us. Informing him we had not one, not two, but three separate pick ups plus my mom’s drive thru order, we laughed. He then verbally memorized all 4 order names and said he’d be right back. He did not write anything down, simply repeated the names back and left. Minutes later we received our orders one, two then three and four. This young man not only went the extra mile, once but numerous times to make sure we had everything we ordered. It was all perfect and we received everything we asked for. I would have given him a tip if I’d of had cash on me. He was so kind, caring and genuine. Times like these remind me that good people still exist and they all must work at
Chick-Fil-A.

It’s always a amazing experience. Chick-fil-A customer service can’t be beat. This location does a great job at providing fast friendly service of a delicious hot product.

Yummy spicy chicken sandwich 🥪 the BEST!!! and enough points or rewards to treat myself to a delicious cookies and cream milkshake.. I love the mobile app it's a win win order pull up scan the barcode on the sign and pull on around 😀 always greeted by friendly staff at this location and fast service. Also get random emails from the owner or manager of this location reminding you to use your FREE rewards in your app from him to show his appreciation for your business. I have nothing bad to say, well maybe the fact that the milkshakes are only one size now and there small. Lol of course that's probably all I really need 😅 but it seems like the cup has even got smaller than they were. Not sure if they changed the size of milkshake cups but there definitely smaller than cup u get with combo. A plus store with great employees 👌 keep up the great work

We eat here regularly and it’s always delicious! This location has the doors for the drive through but only one lane at the door.

There are two lanes at the drive through entrance that tunnel into one. So it’s not as fast as the other locations with multiple lanes but it’s okay. I would plan to be here a little longer than usual though.

The food is usually correct and good quality. The service is always excellent, they’re very friendly.

There is no where to park if have to pull forward to wait for your food so that is a bit confusing but I’m sure it doesn’t happen often.

Overall this is a good location.

Consistent and delicious. Nothing different than the expected meal and that's what I love about Chick-fil-A.

This is the best Chick-fil-A location on the peninsula in my opinion. The food is always high quality, I have ordered the same salad from different locations and find that this location always has really fresh ingredients. The service lives up to the Chick-fil-A standard with staff being polite and receiving food quickly. Also, they have a lot of community events which shows their connection to the neighborhoods around them.

Love the fast service and caring environment, hospitality and quality seems to be hard to find lately but you will certainly find both here

Best chick fila in Hampton roads. I get all my catering orders from here. Drive thru is always fast

Fastest service of all Chick-fil-A restaurants I have every been too. Ordering was fast, Lanes was organized and food order was perfect. Highly recommended.

The employees are always nice and the food is great!

There's only two types of people... People who LOVE Chick-fil-A, and chickens. I know chickens don't qualify as people, but in the grand scheme of things what kind of people don't like Chick-fil-A? People who are allergic to chicken? 🤔 Vegans? 🤔 Why am I even writing a review? Do people give bad reviews about Chick-fil-A? Name one place that has better sauce and won't charge you if you wanna drown your salad into a saucy labyrinth of delicious flavor. Did you know if you mix all the sauces it turns green... And it's effing delicious. Well now you know. Cherrio. I have a spicy 🐔 sammich to devour.

More fast-food companies should learn from these guys. Absolutely amazing customer service and mobile order accuracy. I have hardly ever had an issue with chick-fil-a and if i did, it was handled quickly and effectively. You guys are doing great! Keep it up!
