Metropolitan Community Church of Richmond

I have been a member since I was 11. Although I have left the area and can't make it every Sunday anymore, I still always feel at home.

My fiance and I had our wedding at this church on June 06, 2020. The pastor did an amazing job counseling us before our wedding. He made it such a spiritual and loving ceremony. if you're looking for somewhere to have a church alternative wedding this is the place. Even though we're in a pandemic and everyone is protesting to make things better for this world we felt special at our the ceremony at that church. It'll be a ceremony we will always remember history was made today in more than one way!!!!

I love it here! Feels like home and everyone here is like family. Very welcome atmosphere. I was only able to make it once before my mother became very I'll and passed away a month later. The new pastor called me and left a very warming message. I have been included in the church emails and many prayers have been sent out for me like never before. I thank you MCCR family for all you do!!
