7-Eleven

In my opinion, this is the best 7-11 in Richmond. The staff are always very friendly and outgoing, and have been more than helpful numerous times. They have a large selection of snacks and candies, with really good deals. They even offered to start ordering a specific type of candy I couldn't find.

The most organized and best kept drink areas. Everything was labeled, stocked, and clean. I didn't have to try 3 lids before I found the right one! Amazing 👏

Would be 5 stars if the one kid Chris was ever at his register and not doing some busy work, it would be fine if he didn’t take 5 mins to acknowledge you and then say “I’ll be there in a minute” after you’ve been waiting for a few already, then he mumbles some nonsense holding up the process even longer. Sometimes I just go elsewhere when I see him there

I spend 2 dollars a day leave happy every time. A slurpee is all I need to make any day better and this location always has atleast one or two decent flavors. I've gotten to know the regular long term staff and they are all super nice and fun to talk to. The cookies and donuts is always fire choice for cheap to

This is one of the nicer 7-11s around. Always clean. Unfortunately if you come in during the day and only Christopher is working, it takes FOREVER to get checked out. He’s either wandering off, making coffee, or just taking forever in general to get back to the register. The owners have to babysit him to make sure they make money….

On November 28th I walked into this establishment to pick up an order for a customer as a third party provider. I encountered an employee which was very unprofessional disrespectful towards me. I cordially responded to her that the attitude was not necessary which she responded if I don't like the attitude get out the store I'm not giving order anyway. She continued I will make my money and you won't and just threw me out the store. For customers ordering from third party providers for example GrubHub Uber doordash be mindful of this. As she treats the drivers that are attempting to pick up your orders from this location rudely & then refuses to give us your order when I told her the attitude was not needed . So as I attempted to do my job in a professional and cordial manner as you expect us delivery drivers to do. She refuses to give us your orders which in turn means you as a customer will not get your order or you will get it late. So in hindsight as a customer and delivery driver picking up your order. I warn you not to visit this establishment if you expect to be treated as an appreciated customer with respect and dignity as we should be. If you are a customer looking to order from this 711 I would advise you to order from another nearby location. This way us third party provider drivers representing you as a customer when we pick up your order will be treated with respect and given your order in a timely fashion so we can get your order to you as expected as a paying customer. Yo this place is okay but the black lady with the pigtails who works in the evenings has an attitude problem. Don't expect me to put things back I don't buy at the register. Go hand it to me like you're giving it to me with a thumbs up and then get mad when I walk out the door with it, I didn't hear you. I used to spend quite a bit here but nah I'll go to Wawa. The amount of money I did spend here I should get a free Celsius. Bottom line don't be nasty with people who make honest mistakes, sick of it.

Don’t go in there on the weekend during the day. Especially if in a hurry, because you end up waiting at the register while the cashier organizes creamers for 10 minutes while mumbling “be right with you”. When he gets there make sure you’re wearing an umbrella because hes always shaking greasy wet hair out of his eyes.

Paid for a cheeseburger and got a chicken sandwich don't really want to waste my gas to return. Why aren't the employees smart enough to know a chicken sandwich doesn't match the picture of the cheeseburger on the package.

Women that owns this store is very rude
