It’s a little bit trashy and the gas pumps are often out of order.

Employees standing around in the parking lot joking with random people but won't open the store. They taped a hand written sign saying, "Closed for deliveries", meanwhile there are no trucks anywhere around the building. How you expect to not have horrible feedback when you are a supposed convince store on a highly traveled main road, and be closed at ten o'clock in the morning on a buisness day. Update the clerk just unlocked the door for two random guys and locked it back. Only allowing them to enter and exit.

Ridiculous establishment. If the blonde girl isn’t working, you’re in store for riff raff. Went a week ago to get gas and the staff is playing slot machines with homeless people and got upset when I wanted to buy something. Then I went the other night and the girl closed the store because her relief was late and she didn’t wanna wait so she locked the doors and put a sign up and sat outside. What’s going on here? Id go to a filthy neighborhood store in the hood before going here again.

A cashier with blonde hair didn’t say a word when I asked how she was doing. Also, she was allowing her friend to stand beside the line and ask people to buy him cigarettes. It was extremely uncomfortable. Her friend would get uncomfortably close to people and ask for us to hook him up with Newports. I’ve never experienced where an employee was allowing a friend to do that in their store.

Bathroom is disgusting. Clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages.

employees rarely wear masks (under chin, under their nose, not even on....) customers almost never do either. this was my neighborhood 7-11 but probably won't return until covid is over. never feel safe in there. try any of the dozens of local bodegas around the area for better service and actual sanitation.

Just got charged more than sticker price for a product because the girl with the dreads working this morning “couldn’t find the button in the computer” so I had to pay more! I don’t write these things but this is the not the first time I’ve dealt with unprofessional and untrained staff here. Shame, used to be nice.

50% of the time the door is locked with a sign on it saying “be back in 5 minutes” which lasts 10-20 minimum, and the other 50% the employee working is hanging out with friends or smoking cigarettes outside.

I’m here now at this 7 eleven 5/29/21 3:35am now been here since 3:00am. The worker is in her car with her boyfriend. Who he told me I couldn’t go in cause she just mop the floor. Now it’s closed as of 3:39am . Smh

Lady behind the cash register on the night of 3/15/2021 was extremely rude and did not acknowledge me at, was yelling out the f word saying she was going to assault someone, i felt very frightened and was uncomfortable, she needs to be fired immediately for that kind of behavior at work

3/24/22 Rude fat lady cashier. Every time I go to this place there's always someone rude working. Worst service ever. Fire everyone.
