5th Avenue Cleaners

I was very sceptical about using this cleaners after receiving a quote for the service I needed. It was surprising low. I have used Puritan Cleaners for 20 years. However, they stopped doing slip covers for couches. I purchased my couch from Crate and Barrel and the cover had to be dry cleaned. On faith I took it to Fifth Avenue, as well as all of my curtains! What an amazing experience. My items ALL turned out perfectly. Thank you Fifth Avenue. I’ll highly sing your praises to everyone.

My dry cleaning & wash -n- fold, always return fresh smelling, clean, hung on hanger crisp or folded tight, all with a smile !!! Prices are great and the team cares about their finished product! Why go anywhere else. 🫧🧺✅

They always do a great job at a very reasonable price. At my last visit, they had to handle full length formal wear, a jacket with sequins, and lots more. All done great. One old jacket had some spots that they couldn't get out, but I had suspected that, and there was a tag letting me know that they tried their best. I appreciate that kind of service!

I have been going to fifth Avenue cleaners for over a decade. They are a wonderful business! I have never had one problem with the quality of dry cleaning for a fraction of the price of regular dry cleaners. The staff is warm And friendly and the outcome of my clothes just great.

I take all of my clothes here. They always return my clothes the next day after 5pm fresh, tidy, and smelling wonderful. I also enjoy the conversations with the store employees. They're all nice and sincere folks. It's a service that can't be beat. I never have to do laundry again thanks to them. Too bad I moved to the West Coast. I'm going to miss the efficiency of this shop. I'm still looking for a go-to cleaner on the west coast.

I have been bringing my clothes to 5th Avenue Cleaners almost from the first week they opened and have been pleased with their friendliness, their service and dry cleaning methods. I see many new changes to their operations which enhances their productivity and additional offers of different services. I will continue to support them and recommend them to friends & family.

If you check in on Yelp you can get 10 or more items each dry cleaned for only $1.99 each. I have never had issues with any items here and the service turn around time is great, if you drop off before 9:00 AM they will have it ready for you same day by 5:00 pm!

5th Avenue is a reliable cleaners with a friendly and upbeat staff. My shirts are laundered with just the right amount of starch, and dry cleaning is done to my expectations. Only once was something not ready on time, and the reason was because 5th Avenue wanted to get the work done perfectly. I am very happy.

The employees are friendly. They do an excellent job with dry cleaning. They charge a reasonable price for dry cleaning your clothes. I highly recommend 5th Avenue Cleaners.

Every time I come to town and need my clothes taken care of by professionals I make sure to go to 5th Avenue cleaners. Great service, great price and really good customer service. Great service at a great price. I've been going to 5th Avenue Cleaners for a little over a year and won't be going elsewhere any time soon. There was one incident where a shirt was damaged while in their possession. The owner, Mark, personally called me and assured me he would make it right, which he did. Accidents/mistakes happen. A good small business ensures those mistakes are rectified. Can't ask for much more than that.

I recently had a wedding in Richmond and needed my dress to be washed, I went to 5th Avenue by recommendation and left really content about the work they did and the attention. I am used to a good service and nice people back home, so I was pleased to be in a establishment that knows how to treat clients and do an amazing work with clothes at the same time. I´ll go back everytime im in Virginia! :D

I recommend using 5th Avenue/En Route Cleaners. Their delivery service is reliable and the dry cleaning is top notch.

Great service, great prices and no smelly chemicals. We drive 45 mins to use this cleaner because their method of dry cleaning is greener and is less toxic to me and environment.
