Wallace's Bait & Tackle

Wallace's is a good business that can cover most of your last minute needs before heading out on the water. Their gas tank is above ground so no worries about groundwater issues. It is located right at the boat ramp so it is super convenient to pick up anything that you need. The people running it are very helpful and wonderful to deal with. From gas to beer or bait to ice and most things in between they will have it. And remember to always help a small business.

Super friendly and so welcoming! They have an amazing selection of baits and even provided us with update VA regulations in a cute card form for easy use! I will definitely be back to this location for my bait and tackle needs!

They are super nice here! We had 2 boats that got caught in a bad rain storm and they allowed us to dock our boats to safety without any hesitation. We are extremely thankful for this marina. We will def be back!!

We came from Raleigh. The customer service was like no orher. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Told all my boating and fishing friends in Raleigh. Wallace is now my go to spot in that area.

Friendliest tackle shop I've been to in a while! They will take the time to explain the fishing scene if your new to the area. Much appreciated Jarrod and the lady at the front desk. I will drive the extra 15 minutes for better quality of service

Dock Parties in the summer are awesome if you haven't been there with your boat you should. And let's not forget Miss Irene she is the best we all love you, the place would not be the same without you. 💗

The ABSOLUTE best people, tam and her family run this place right. Marina gets real busy and they have no problem keeping up . Good price on bait , and gas !!!!!

Great experience. I am new to the salt and they have an excellent assortment of bait and advice. They hooked me up with a map and some advice. I am going back to fish the area and venture out further this summer. Stay in the channel when leaving the area though. I was digging out of the flats, beginners mistake, but My mercury propped up and pushed me along.

Stopped in for gas. Tony was a big help. He took care of everything.
